We had a great experience using Perfect group. We moved from shoreham to Worthing and the team of 7 were well organised and carefully removed all our items and helped with final packing of tvs and beds. The team took special care not to damage carpets and walls. At the new property the team moved all the items carefully into place and helped is us rearrange the furniture and put everything including clothes in place.. overall great experience. I would thoroughly recommend Perfect group

The move was made a bit complicated with belongings going to two different new homes but this was no problem for Perfect Group. The virtual survey was quick and easy and completed with the spilt in mind. The guys were brilliant in getting a large house moved out, tackling whatever issue arose and sympathetic to the split of our belongings. The move into my new home had it's challenges but it did not slow them down, even having to dismatle a fridge/freezer and reassembling to get it through the door. My thanks to Sam and Connor in the office and all the guys who did the heavy lifting, you all made the move a lot less stressful than it could have been. I would highly recommend Perfect Group to anyone.

The men that helped arrived on time and were friendly, helpful and professional from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and they made sure they were careful and considerate of our belongings.
I cannot recommend Perfect Group enough and will be advising all of my friends and family to use them.

We had to move out of our house at short notice last week when our insurers finally gave the go-ahead to start work on our subsidence-ridden property. The Perfect Group lived up to their name and made a challenging process smooth and simple. A big shout out to Richard and Nicole who were just awesome and went the extra mile to pack and move all our stuff into storage and temporary accommodation. They took all the stress out of the situation and were so friendly and helpful. Can thoroughly recommend.

Two vans arrived with five guys before I was expecting them. They had the contents of my house packed and loaded in three hours. They all worked so quickly and efficiently. They were friendly, and I couldn't give them coffee 'cos they had packed all the cups before I noticed. An amazing team. I would recommend them to everyone

Mark and Leon were absolutely fantastic. Both were very professional and friendly and did absolutely everything for us including setting up our television. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

This is the second time I have used perfect group and they are just simply AMAZING, they take the stress out of moving and go above and beyond. Well done Sophie and a BIG thank you for being patient as dates kept changing. On the day of moving the guys couldn't do enough to help. Little things I was impressed with eg taking their shoes off to go upstairs, packing picture frames & just being really helpful and calm. Again I can not thank you enough.

We moved Fri 23rd January the team leader Connor and his three colleagues were fantastic the move was completely stress free.The service leading up to the move was absolutely 1st class as well with James coming to assess our move and Will who dropped off all our boxes and packaging he also came back again to drop off some more boxes. I cannot recommend Perfect removals highly enough they are brilliant.

Extremely professional and efficient could not recommend Perfect Group more for removals!

Update:

Following the appalling move in end of November we now have more problems.
Apart from furniture damage it became apparent our new kitchen panels and new flooring are soaked with water from incorrect installation of appliances.
Company still denying liability.
Also tried to remove this review.

Perfect Group continue their less than perfect approach when it comes to damage. I have damaged furniture and appliances, plus staff caused a leak into new cupboards and flooring of which was the reason our stuff went into storage for this work to take place.
They will not accept liability or so they think.

Our furniture had to go into storage during renovation work. The packing up appeared to look professional, yet the moving back in has been horrendous.
I advised that having new floors laid that floor coverings would be required. I was assured that this would happen anyway yet staff would be informed to ensure that adequate covering would be supplied.
On arrival it appeared they had one staff member missing,
I had to ask about floor covering. They had none as they were in a hire van. My floors had no protection.
The move in began, it was clear to see no preparation had been made. The first few items were damaged, a leather chair has damage and mould. Kitchen appliances dented, now after trying to use them they sound like they have been dropped and dishwasher is now faulting on cycle.
Pipe installations are leaking.
Wooden units now do not open with ease as they did when they left my home. They are dragging. I am left with boxes to unpack despite being told all would be unpacked and I would be as I was before the move out. Cables for electric appliances all left in a pile tangled up.
Furniture was being dragged across new flooring.
New inside doormats have been left with oil type marks.
So with an array of boxes to still unpack, I am now awaiting a plumber and had to book an engineer for dishwasher and logging more damage as I unpack.
I would not recommend this company.

Second update, (not so) perfect group removals are still trying to claim they are not liable for damage.
My dishwasher was kicked into place and installed incorrectly despite being advised the items would be put back for use. Apparently this is wrong as they aren’t plumbers, they caused a leak to my new flooring.
Damaged a chair, a cupboard, and a leather chair had mould on it. All not their fault apparently.
AVOID!

We recently used Perfect Group for our move, and I couldn’t recommend them more. The team were not only incredibly professional, but also genuinely lovely people, which made the whole process much more enjoyable.

Some of our things were going into storage, so it wasn’t the most straightforward move, but they handled it brilliantly and made sure everything ended up exactly where it should.

All in all, they were fantastic, and I’ll definitely be using them again for future moves.

I would highly recommend this company. Ben, Stewart, Peter, Will and the rest of the team that attended our home over 4 days carefully wrapped, boxed, loaded vans with the upmost respect and professionalism. They all took a positive approach to the job and I can't thank them enough. I had a great rapport with all the team very friendly and polite, I feel very at ease with our belongings in there care. I will 100% use them again and would recommend anyone looking for this type of service to use them. Thank you all once again

***UPDATE: Perfect Group attempted to get this review taken down, claiming it was ‘defamatory’ - they failed. There is nothing defamatory about this post. They have not reached out to me, despite it being 6 weeks since I submitted my complaint forms as requested. Instead they have passed me onto Pound Gates who I will also review***

I was moved by Perfect Group in October 2025 under their so-called 'Gold Package', arranged through ICAB. What was marketed as a premium, stress-free move turned out to be careless, unprofessional, and frankly negligent.

From the outset, the crew turned up with little to no experience. In conversation, five out of six staff admitted to having only 1–6 months’ experience. It showed.

- Two marble side tables were broken
- A G Plan footstool was destabilised after being placed upside down on its leather top on a communal doormat, then dragged across concrete
- A £1,700 Stressless Magic leather office chair was scratched, scuffed and rolled across a tiled hallway
- A £4,000 Stressless sofa and £2,000 G Plan armchair were scratched and damaged
- Black scuff marks were left on the walls of my new-build home
- No blankets or protective materials were used during the move
- Furniture was wheeled unprotected across hard floors and communal areas (evidence has already been supplied, and additional CCTV footage has been requested from my former building’s management)

When I mentioned to one of the most senior members of staff that items of furniture were being rolled across concrete, I was told he couldn’t ’have eyes on them at all times’ - hardly conducive or reassuring.

They also failed to dismantle and rebuild my wardrobe because - I was told - they didn’t feel comfortable doing so, despite confirming this would be done. Days later, they sent a handyman instead, who installed two out of three wardrobe doors upside down. Despite sending photographic evidence, Perfect Group have done absolutely nothing to rectify it.

Despite providing full receipts, photos and descriptions of the damage within three days of the move, Perfect Group passed me off to their insurer — who issued a template response (even referencing a completely different removals firm). They are now demanding repeat evidence and referring to terms I never saw, agreed to, or even had disclosed. They also want to apply a £50 excess, even though I never took out or requested insurance in the first place.

Worse still, the insurer is pushing for repairs — but let me be clear: I will not accept repairs. These are premium, made-to-order items (G Plan, Stressless) with discontinued finishes. A repair would not restore the value, function or appearance of the originals. I’ve also previously accepted a repair from Perfect Group (for another move in 2022), and it resulted in further damage to an expensive made-to-order sofa. Fool me once.

Perfect Group is not a member of the Furniture Ombudsman, so there’s no independent complaints process. If something goes wrong – and it absolutely did – you're left chasing insurers and fighting for compensation for damage you didn’t cause.

I was also left to unpack 30+ boxes myself, despite assurances under the Gold Package, which promises a full unpacking service. I am disabled, and this caused avoidable physical distress.

At times, it genuinely felt like watching a real-life episode of The Chuckle Brothers — only with expensive furniture at stake. The level of disorganisation and inexperience was shocking, and no one has taken any responsibility.

This is an £8,000+ loss, a damaged home, and an experience that left me mentally and physically drained.

Avoid this company entirely – unless you're prepared to go down the legal route as I now will be unless a satisfactory reply is received before 25 November. Just like other one-star reviews here, my complaint remains unanswered, despite emailing the directors of the company, without even a basic acknowledgment.

I can’t recommend Perfect Group highly enough! From the very first call to the final box unloaded, they were the definition of kindness, professionalism, and reliability. My move was no small feat — a top-story walk-up in the heart of busy Soho — yet the team handled every challenge with calm efficiency and a smile, unlike others who huff, puff and complain about challenging moves. My contact, Mr. Alan Carpenter, wouldn't have been more genuine. He takes great pride in what he and his team has built and it is refreshing in every way.
They arrived precisely on time, fully prepared, and immediately set to work with impressive coordination. Despite the narrow stairways and hectic street traffic, not a single item was damaged or misplaced. Their attention to detail was exceptional — every piece was carefully wrapped, transported, and positioned exactly where I wanted it.
What truly stood out was their attitude. The crew was friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Moving can be overwhelming, but Perfect Group made it feel effortless.
If you’re looking for movers who are not only skilled and organized but also kind, trustworthy, and thorough, Perfect Group is the one to choose. They truly live up to their name — PERFECT in every way.

Our insurance co. had trouble getting the house emptied before work could start . One company did one room but couldn’t commit to the rest for weeks . Perfect were there in a couple of days. The whole team were amazing. Their packing and unpacking was so much better than the original team.
Such a friendly and professional team of hard working fellas with Kian leading them all. Ross was there through the whole process. who had very long drives before and after their packing here . What an amazing company with so many exceptional people!

Excellent service throughout, very pleasant and cheerful guys. Nothing was too much trouble! Goods were loaded and unloaded without any damage or incident! very very reasonable price! Would definitely use again!
