This company really lives up to its name. The team that we had, Hayden Josh David Will Jamie Olivia Tracy and Sophie and Jackie from the office were all excellent. Professional, friendly and worked so quickly our move was as stress free as any move could be.

The whole move from start to finish was seamlessly good. The contact pre-move was professional and reassuring and the team on the day were superb. Courteous, efficient, friendly and all done without fuss or drama.

A move is stressful but these guys took it all away. And excellent value for the service given. We outdone recommend you give this company a try.

We have just completed a major house move and Perfect Group were first class. We are downsizing, so had a lot of furniture to move into our new home and into storage. The co-ordinator from Perfect spent considerable time with us ahead of the move to help make sure we were ready for the move itself. They then provided a fantastic team who were with us over 5 days as we moved everything into storage and then into our new home. One hears many stories of bad experiences with removals companies but I can honestly say that Perfect Group exceeded my expectations and were brilliant throughout the move. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my third time working with Perfect Group, and once again the service was outstanding. I’d like to say a big thank you to Marie Middleton for taking care of my request—she arranged the boxes and even organised a last-minute collection with just an hour’s notice for the next day. Also, we observed a wonderful cameraderie amongst the work men who worked relentlessly, tirelessly and continuously for three days packing as well as three days unpacking. It's was phenomenal how smoothly everything came together. No request from our end was ever rejected or ignored. Everything was executed quickly, yet carefully and with a friendly and kind attitude.
My husband and I looked at each other and could not believe their wonderful ways of dealing with things.
Often they carried boxes without a lift three flights of stairs into the apartment. Because the lift was occupied by other people.Their strength and muscle power was second to none. We are grateful for all their work, help, assistance and support. Our highest recommendation goes to Leon, Kieron and Haydon. Apart from the wonderful girls who packed everything to perfection. We also enjoyed the helpful and professional way of working with Alan, the manager who stood by our side from start to finish.

Peter and the team from Welwyn recently moved my 88 yr old father from Fleet to Worcester. Unfortunately family support on the move out was unexpectedly lacking but Peter went above and beyond with the care and consideration he gave my Dad throughout the process, a true gentleman, thank you so much.

I’m extremely pleased with the service provided by Perfect Group. I needed to clear our office space on very short notice, and they were incredibly quick and responsive. Within just one day, everything was arranged for them to handle the entire process.

None of my team members were in the UK to oversee the office clearance, yet the Perfect Group team took care of absolutely everything: packing, clearing, relocating, and storing every single item from the office. They also kept me updated throughout the process by sending photos, which gave me great peace of mind.

Peter was excellent he immediately put our minds at ease about the removal and storage. Pete and the team were professional and pleasant through the process. We felt reassured that our belongings would be stored and returned in good condition.

Moving is stressful, I was short of time and Perfect Group had a slot. Had I been time rich, I probably would have gone with a small local company, rather than a national one as the perception is better service. However, I could not have been more impressed from start to finish with the ‘Perfect’ team. . My contact was Sophie, who constantly assured me that they could handle anything, even specialist items. Will, delivered all the packing materials on the day I signed up. It all seemed too good to be true! I am not going into details but can assure you the moving team, Henry, Lewis, Henri, Stuart & Max were nothing short of incredible! They worked so hard, smiles on their faces and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all.

Peter, Montana and Easter were hardworking, efficient and used their initiative when they moved us back home after our house fire. Peter was mindful of his team's welfare on a very hot day which I'm sure contributed to their very positive attitude. A great experience. They were reassuring and kind, and Peter managed his team to make sure this day ran smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Our moving experience was made stress free by Robbie and his team from Welwyn Garden branch. Robbie was a calming influence and made sure everything was packed and moved and unpacked at the other end seamlessly.
