Peptidepro Anmeldelser

I made a first order on several products during Black Friday but had to divert the shipping address to a friend's house which took quite a few weeks before I finally received it. Turns out one of the products I ordered was missing, so I emailed them for resolution on the matter.

That's when they said that they do not cater to ANY issues once the "7-day" warranty period has lapsed which starts from the point of delivery. In that regard, they refuse to issue me a refund, a replacement, a credit, or even provide proof of shipping since my 7-day period has already lapsed.

So I ended up paying for something I didn't receive. That is quite upsetting, especially since the prices of their products are no joke! I hope that doesn't happen to you.

Ordered desired product, got regular email updates. Once received product, noticed it was the wrong milligram, emailed customer service. Customer service was very responsive and the same day received updates of them sending replacements the same day to be delivered within 3 days and providing a store credit for the mix up.

Peptide Pro is my go-to for my peptide journey! Their products are great, pricing is fair, and always keep an eye out for their great sales!! I’ve been on the BPC157/TB500 for quite a bit healing a knee injury and the results are outstanding. I also use their RTA GLP and have seen fast, AMAZING results! The thing that really makes Peptide Pro Stand out is their outstanding customer service. I ran into a payment issue and Casey was so quick to email me back and acted immediately to resolve the issue. I really appreciate his help and promptness. Peptide pro is super well rounded. I never want or need to look anywhere else!

The ordering is easy with a great selection of research products order processed fast and shipped faster whole process is above and beyond customer service is very responsive making it a seamless and great experience

Very responsive, quick ship times, optional membership levels for more savings, frequent promotions.

I placed my order with 2-days before my flight back to Japan where I’m studying and chose the 2-day shipping option. As soon as I clicked “pay” I emailed Peptide Pro customer support to explain the situation and request they do me a 1-time favor and ship it that day. I knew this wasn’t their responsibility but they responded almost instantly and promised they would look into my request. To my surprise, I received a shipping confirmation a little while later and the package arrived just over 24-hours later - more than enough time to complete packing and make my flight! These guys are awesome and went above and beyond my expectations. As for the peptides, the purity is incredibly high and I’m confident my research will yield some incredible results. 10/10 would recommend!

I’m a repeat customer. I’ve returned to peptidepro because of the quality of their product and the outstanding customer service. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Zero complaints and dedicated customer.

Great customer service and really great products!

I have NEVER been on the site before tried to create an account and was LOCKED OUT OF THE SITE. Imagine making an order with these people, then being locked out entirely having no way to contact them or communicate. What legitimate company does that?
Thank God I didn't order anything from these clowns! Beware! I have never even seen anything like that before. Smart business practices.....seems real legit.

Great peptides. Great customer service. Great quality. I haven’t been disappointed. Highly recommend.

This has been my go-to site for peptides. I’ve made multiple orders with them and I’m always satisfied with their products. I recently had an issue with a package that got lost, but their customer service was phenomenal and continued to follow up with me to make sure the problem was resolved. If you are getting into peptides or are looking at different companies, I highly recommend PeptidePro!

Casey in customer service is very responsive and trustworthy! I love the products. I feel confident in the product. I have not had any issues. Shipping is fast. I will only buy from them

I have always had ease in placing orders with PeptidePro and love the high quality peptides. Now my A+ review of this company extends to their customer service. Today, 3 days after placing an order, I realized I made an error and ordered the wrong peptides. I was worried I wouldn't be able to get this corrected or that it would be a huge headache to fix. I couldn't have been more wrong. Seriously the best customer service ever! I left a voicemail explaining my issues and was initially sent a store credit code. Unfortunately, I couldn't use the store credit along with a sale running. It took a single email and less than an hour for a resolution. Casey worked with me to make sure I could take advantage of the sale, use my store credit (original order refund), and get the correct peptide order placed immediately. I will never go elsewhere for my peptides... easy to navigate site, high quality peptides with certifications, additional information on each peptide easily accessible, fast shipping and the best customer service!

Best peptide company and high quality products! I always order with them and joined their gold membership because the discounts are so great. Their customer service has been fast and very helpful as well. I have tried multiple labs but so far they have offered the best quality and deals for my research.

I have only the best thing to say about PEPTIDE PRO. The product is the best out there. Arrives quickly, perfectly packaged and service is the absolute best. I 100% will keep ordering all my peptide needs from there and highly recommend the same to everyone else.

I’ve only ordered from them a few times, but the quality has always been excellent. On my most recent order I bought a bunch of items at once and, like an idiot, I didn’t check everything when it arrived. Almost two months later I realized I had received the wrong item. I immediately reached out expecting it might be too late, or this and that, but no, they immediately apologized and sent out a replacement completely free with no hassle at all, and it arrived very fast.

Not many companies offer this level of customer service, especially in the peptide industry. Because of how they handled the situation, I’ll definitely be bringing all of my future business here and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable source.

The company is great to work with. The products are of high quality. My orders were shipped promptly. Customer service is easy to reach and replies quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I am happy to have found this company and will definitely order products again.

Great product fast delivery and great customer service!
