Pension Works Anmeldelser

Very helpful, friendly and clear advice.

I'd like to thank James Davis and his team for all their work recently.
I have found them to be very professional, thorough and explain the risks throughout this whole process, with that in mind, they have sought the best recommendation for my lifestyle and personal needs.
James Davis has always been very polite, patient and gave a good understanding of what my pension pot would give me now and with future recommendations.
I am very happy and confident of the choice I have made, and with the knowledge and assistance that Pension Works have given, I would definitely recommend them.
Date of experience: December 2024

They are great at sending you the initial questionnaire. But try to contact them after 3 months waiting and their phones lines cut you off immediately. They don’t give you an email address to talk to your case worker so you can’t act them that way either. I’ve had to leave a new customer request to see if anyone will actually get in touch. When they do I’ll be cancelling everything and finding a proper reputable company. Disgusting service.

I was referred to Pension Works via an old chartered accountant friend of mine because I was having difficulty with my pension plan which had matured but was very restrictive in how I could utilise it.
Pension Works, with a very professional and thorough process, were able to assess my options and able to provide the solution I was extremely happy with.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pension Works.

It was clear that the staff at Pension Works listened to me and understood my particular needs and preferences. I was definitely getting appropriate individually tailored recommendations, not generic advice. Everything was explained very clearly and staff were always friendly and professional.

Very professional and responsive. Technically very sound.
Overall a very good service that delivered as promised.

I dealt with Pension Works to have a defined benefit pension transferred and found the whole experience very efficient. There was a lot of questions asked but I found them very helpful and knowledgeable and was not put under pressure any time.Alastair Milner was very professional and I was kept up to date at all times and the staff answering the telephones were also efficient and knowledgable. I would recommend Pension Works to any one.

I came across PW when I gave them a near impossible deadline to Transfer my DB Pension. Not difficult to believe they did it. Exceptional services from all the people I came across. Karl, James, Louise, Luke and Daniel. I have had to call upon them again and Daniel has been astonishing. When you have these people and Daniel in particular in your corner you feel you could move mountains. Best thing you can do is stop reading my drivel and phone them NOW. You would be mad not to have Pension Works in your life. Well done guys. MAS.

Professional approach with all options clearly detailed.

Pension Wise, in particular Alastair Milner have been very professional. Alastair is very clear with excellent communication skills in explaining complex issues.

Thank you Alastair in helping me achieve the best outcome for myself.
Best regards, Marcelle

Pension Works were very efficient, had clear procedures and were always professional.

Excellent service with professional trustworthy advice regarding my final salary pension scheme transfer. Alistair was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

I had the pleasure of working with Alastair as my adviser throughout a complex procedure, and I would like to express my utmost satisfaction with his professional competence and wealth of experience.

Alastair demonstrated a thorough understanding of every stage of the procedure, guiding me with precision and clarity. His approach was marked by a commitment to ensuring my comprehension before progressing to subsequent stages, fostering a seamless and comprehensible experience.

Totally professional in every aspect of the service, from the initial contact to the final advice. All advice clear and easy to understand.

I had an old inflexible pension scheme that was difficult to incorporate in my new pension portfolio. Pensionworks were able to deal with all the regulatory matters in a thorough and efficient way. During this time they contacted me on a regular basis to keep me informed. The charges for the services provided were very fair.

My main point of contact was Alastair Milner, Financial Adviser, but everyone I spoke to at Pension Works, either by telephone or written communications, were polite and courteous and very helpful. The advice I was given will help me and my wife in the future and is much better than the scheme we were trying to get away from. I would highly recommend this company.

My contact at Pension Works , James Davis was excellent to deal with . He was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He guided me through my options giving me valuable and honest information .
Thank you James.

Outstanding Service.
I was kept updated throughout the moving of my pension. Received notes of all meetings and discussions that took place. They were clear on charges and very helpful with any queries I had. I would recommend them to anyone.

The entire team, from initial phone call & fact finding session through to Andrew Murphy's expert analysis and full advice report and Angela’s comprehensive and dedicated pursuit of all the transfers have been superlative. I honestly can’t think of anything they could do to improve their service, it is 100% already.

I would like to pass on a big thank you to Alistair Milner and the team at Pensionworks for the very professional way that my transfer to a self invested pension pot was handled - everything was very clearly explained at every step of the process
