Be aware that Peace Collective, while having cool looking clothes, will take a LONG time to ship and will not adhere to their shipping timelines on their website. I placed an order March 31st with an ON DEMAND product. 7-12 days to ship. No prob. When day 12 went by I wondered if there would be an issue. Reached out and they offered a generic response that they are “a bit behind”. No further details. It’s been a frustrating experience since they have my money and I am still waiting for answers. My email has been bombarded with promotional emails from them in these few weeks since I’ve ordered. Not a great feeling when you’re patiently waiting for your item and the company is trying to sell you more.

Have to admit there was a long wait for my item to arrive, to point where I was losing a little hope, however the team at PC were always responsive. Have to say though, when my T arrived it is amazing. So happy I sized down too. Its perfect. Which is leading me to order again. I know i'll be happy.

Ordered a simple t-shirt and it took a month for them to send it to me. The t-shirt itself was nothing special, just a grey shirt with a picture on it.

Had to email back and forth with a representative to get status updates. Also had to come up with my own solution for the inconvenience, which was a partial refund.

Overall, a terrible customer experience with a ludicrous wait time.

Order and delivery was great. First time I wore my sweater I got a little knick in it so not the highest quality material.

Peace Collective has been nothing but great! I placed my second order with them recently and was met with great customer service. I'm headed out for a trip and wanted some Canadian merch before I left. Peace Collective was able to ship out some great pieces quickly and I got them just in time.

Great user experience. Great promotional emails (I know), the only online order I’ve ever made where I haven’t returned at least one piece. Unreal. You guys are the best.

I have been a long time customer of Peace Collective. The quality and fit of their clothing is amazing. Just recently I placed an order for my son, the order hadn’t shipped and his birthday was approaching. I sent a quick email to ask for tracking and had mentioned I hoped it would arrive for his birthday as it was a gift. I received an email that same day explaining why it hadn’t shipped and that they would ship it the following day in hopes it would arrive for the date I mentioned. The package arrived on his birthday, as promised and he was thrilled with it. I can’t say better things about this company!

I placed my first order recently after eyeing a couple of items for months! I finally took the plunge and ordered myself 2 sweatshirts. They are comfy, soft, and my order was received in ONE DAY! 🤯🤯🤯 Insanely quick delivery. I am happy with my purchase, though I should have sized down (my fault).

Exchanging sizes was easy and the delivery of the new size was very fast. An amazing customer experience!

Wow, fantastic quality and fantastic service. Ordered from the UK so always a worry if the product isn’t great then it’s a hassle to return it but the quality is amazing and I’ll be back for more merch

Delivery was 4 days, very impressive

I ordered a hat for a Christmas gift and upon opening realized it had been manufactured wrong which was disappointing especially for the day. After contacting them and after some time they sent another and it had the EXACT SAME ISSUE and it’s now nearly March! Their website states “We produce quality apparel that looks good and does good” but from this order I’ve seen the opposite with poor quality, especially with the high prices of their products and when the bare minimum 1% from the sale is donated.

The sweater arrived quickly and the quality is great!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. This “company” capitalizes on the idea of wellbeing, community and mental health- it’s sickening! I ordered on Jan 27 and I still have NOT received an order confirmation and yet, I’m getting constant marketing (spam) emails.

7 days later I emailed their CS team asking to cancel my order because I’ve been left in the dark but my CC was charged. They denied the cancellation and stated, “it’s past the 24 hour timeline and your order will ship once it’s created.” I don’t even know what that means in regard to a timeline!! I ordered a vintage Chiefs Tee for a gift and it won’t be here by the time listed on the website. CS took 5 days to reply to my initial email.

This “company” is a hoax. What a scam!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! I would give them a ZERO if I could. I've never left a negative review anywhere before. Product was ordered November 25 (preorder to ship around Dec 6) - received Jan 15. Okay - I can deal with that (despite ZERO communication or returned emails). However, when product arrived (size medium ordered) it was MASSIVE!!!! At least an XL. I measured the item received and provided photos of measurements (comparing to the size guide on the website) - took weeks to get a response that I can return for store credit or exchange. I said that I do not want either of those - I want a refund - this product is NOT as advertised. They will not give me a refund because it was purchased during their "Peace Week" sale and they cannot change their policy. I feel like my money was stolen. AWFUL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

It's February 3rd and I am still waiting for my Eagles sweater that was ordered on December 2nd with the superbowl this weekend. That is more than 2 months.

In addition, part of the order was received 6 weeks after the order was placed. It arrived in the wrong colour, which is clearly a quality issue given the colour that came is not representative of the team colour. They have communicated they will send a replacement we'll see how long that takes.
How did this get past quality control?

I would not recommend ordering from here.
