Pdsa bournemouth. What a fantastic team. I had my primary dog operated on 3 months ago for pyometra and couldn't have wished for better service. Then 14th sep my 2nd dog developed the same problem. I was distressed and so worried .yes I had to pay but the vet was so considerate as it was alot of money for me . But I have money put aside for my pets as they are my world. I was worried as bulldogs at 9 years don't do anesthesia very well. They kept me informed and I burst into tears when my lovely girl walked out to me. The scar is neat and tidy and she is recovering at home. I even got a follow up call next day to see if she was OK.
I cant thank them enough. I would say they are better than every day vets as they know how our pets keep us going. . I and Maggie are forever grateful. Thankyou bournemouth pdsa ...

I took an elderly lady along with her small dog who can no longer afford high street vet prices after moving into extra care accommodation. This was our first visit and although it was busy and we wanted a long time to see the vet they were lovely the receptionist was pleasant and the student vet we had listened and went to have a chat with the vet who came in and we discussed a plan for the elderly dog with arthritis.

Pdsa have always been there for my pets and I trust them totally to do the best for my pet I would recommend people use them and support them by contributing to the Pdsa charity they do a fantastic job under difficult circumstances but always put the pets needs first

Absolutely fantastic service. I don’t know what I would do without this service.

They were absolutely fantastic seeing me at short notice and treating my patterdale (BUD)....FINGERS CROSSED HES ON THE MEND

These vets deserve a medal for all their help I personally could not afford to take my pet anywhere else, although I do have seven pets left I think the consultation fee could be slightly lower I would pay more if I could thank you lovely kind people our vets

Friendly, professional staff.

I had a very positive experience with PDSA. The staff were kind, caring and professional, and treated both me and my pet with genuine compassion. Everything was explained clearly and I felt listened to and reassured throughout. I’m very grateful for the care and support we received and would happily recommend PDSA to other pet owners.

PDSA has helped not just my pup, but my family members doggies aswell.. god bless each and everyone down there that does what they can for our pets

I would have always said I was happy wi th PDSA having been with th ‘em for years. Until I had to make a claim.

My lab needed a wart removed from his eye, and whilst under we got the vet to remove a lump on his chest. PDSA said the lump wouldn’t be covered which although upsetting was understandable. However rather than just removing the cost of the lump removal they also took off half the cost of the aneasthetic as well.

Thousands of pound in insurance premiums over the years for them to pay back less than quarter of a vet bill when I finally needed them meaning I am still the one struggling to pay off the vet bill I though I was insured to pay.

And just before this had happened to had put up my premium for this year by 25% as my dog is hitting double figures. I get the risk goes up, but when you don’t even pay out when I need you I would avoid to em at all costs

Honest opinion is they are crooks.

Great care at the PDSA. The appointment wait time was reasonable. The appointment was on time, the vet took time to listen, check photos & the cat. She discussed options & prescribed the meds. The price was completely fair & a fraction of the price elsewhere.

I brought my cat whiskers in as he was very unwell & limping which concerned me.
Once I booked whiskers in we got seen straight away.
The vet, I didn’t get her name explained what was happening with my cat,
Another vet came in to speak to me & explained what was happening & what the best option was for my cat.
The three vets I spoke to was extremely compassionate & understanding & talked everything that there were doing & gave us time with our pet while we grieved.
Amazing staff at the PDSA & I want to say a massive thank you for all that you did & the care & compassion. Thank you from Claire, Paige & Whiskers

From my emergency call.. too my appointment.. treatment.. and care package going forward for Mavis my beautiful Rabbit. Thank you so much for all of your help and support. Truly angels . X

Iv been going to pdsa bow for 2 years the staff are kind caring and compassionate the vets are amazing my dog has on going helth issues and pdsa have been a god send if tried private vets not only are they ridiculously expensive they couldn’t treat my dogs issue properly. I love being a Bow Pdsa and have recommended to all friends who have animals.

The staff are amazing they are amazing with my fur babies and are always happy to help i have been coming to them for years I would not go anywhere else the treatment is affordable thank you PDSA and staff you do an amazing job.

PDSA is a fantastic service. Helping animals/pets for people that benifit front animal/pet ownership, but can't afford the very high price charged by private veterinary practices.

Friendly, caring, knowledgeable and not hurried.

It was an emergency and the receptionist, nurse and the veterinarian were absolutely great.
