It’s a wait but the vet’s and receptionist all care about your fur babies and will do what they can we need to keep the pdsa going

I filled out online form and was accepted for low cost as apparently the evidence (hard to get as everything is online these days) did not show housing. It did. To remedy this you can't provide proof, you have to register again. Then I uploaded the housing element. However I was told I'm not entitled as I haven't shown benefit, except housing. I try to call as I could bring this in with my pet. However, they talk and then cut you off. There is no option to ask them to link both registrations. So I have to try a third time. If the statement from benefits stating I get housing benefit isn't good enough and the one saying I get job seekers, then what? I have never managed to get an appointment. I had an online one once when my dog threw up a bucket load of blood, but she was declared fine and after a couple of days she was. My dog is de-registered every time I try to get an appointment. I'll try a third time, but don't hold out much hope of her ever being seen.

Brought a cat that had been on the street and injured PDSA have decided to return the cat to its owner guess what the cats back on the street again you are a complete joke and will never bring another animal to you ever again less then useless Avoid avoid avoid

I have had a few pets over the years, the PDSA has always looked after them, the staff from secretary's to the vets have always been polite and helpful, i would recommend 100 percent

Great place friendly and helpful staff very supportive especially for people who cant afford private vets my cat had his back leg amputated everything went well hes recovery went really well would recommend pdsa to everyone

My dog suffered while trying to get help through video link. I didn’t actually get a video call because of complications with the form to fill in. My dog was having fits and it was very distressing hearing her cry int in pain so I took her to another vets but sadly she passed away on the journey. PDSA should make things easier when it’s an emergency.

I am incredibly grateful to the PDSA team. The care was quick, compassionate and truly focused on saving my cat’s life.

I had previously visited local vets where I was told that the only option was to put her to sleep. At PDSA, however, the team treated her with kindness and did everything possible to help her. They gave her a chance, saved her life, and today she is doing well.

I cannot thank the team enough for their dedication and genuine care for animals. You are absolutely wonderful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Despite being registered with Pdsa, after I moved and offered to bring my pet to them they refused any treatment. The distance was only 25 miles but still they took me off their list.

Very disappointing experience
I clearly told the ladies at the front desk I was donating toys and children’s books, and they confirmed it was fine. After being directed around to the rear car park and starting to unload, a gentleman approached me in a cocky manner, saying he was the “lead volunteer” and they weren’t accepting toys.
The lady then changed what she had originally told me. Poor communication, unnecessary waste of time, and an unpleasant attitude. I won’t be donating here again.

They turned away a 17 year old with a kitten with a broken back. The kitten still can't walk. We still haven't been able to get help. The kitten back is still broken, and they literally didn't give a single shit. Duck the PDSA

Great vets, lovely receptionists

It was very easy to book the appointment online and had a very quick response and appointment date
The staff and vet were extremely helpful 

Staff dont really care just in and out with the next one. Fob you of with pain relief for it turn out to be way worse and now ive lost my pet. And im not the only one the amount of deaths on there hand due to negligence wouldnt recomend to my worst enemy. Even there own out of hours had no faith or nothing good to say about them. Strongly avoid if your pets ill they dont investigate it, heartless, very poor service shouldnt get to call themselves a vet

All members of staff from reception and vets themselves were very approachable,friendly,polite and willing to listen to anything you needed to say or ask

The pdsa are always polite and they great you with a good morning or a smile there very symperthetc to my pets need,s and there always happy to surgest something els if thay can i am always happy with there outcome when i have visited the pdsa thankyou for giveing such a nice service.
