Completa decepción
Ha sido una completa decepción. La conversión que hace a epub tiene toda clase de problemas, cambia el tamaño de títulos y otros textos, no mantiene las páginas... Incluso coloca guiones separando sílabas en todas las páginas, en muchas palabras que no se deben separar (están incluso en el medio de la línea).

A New Approach to Bait-and-Switch?
As soon as a "new and improved [sic]" version of this program comes out, you get hassled by pop-ups to purchase/subscribe to the newer version... AND IT DOES NOT STOP! It is not a bug — it is a feature — intended to hassle you to upgrade... The problem is that the upgrade does NOT improve the user experience for what may be generously described as marginal improvements at best. This certainly has the feel of a bait-and-swtich.
And even without that, you basically almost ALWAYS have to "sign-in" to your account to use anything more than the basic features of the program.
And don't get me started on tech support... Basically, uses AI-generated answers that go on-and-on and basically is unusable slop, regurgitating the same solutions as you try to narrow down to a solution.å

Ils ne respectent pas leur politique de remboursement de 30 jours (ni même celle de 14 dans l'UE).

Toujours en amélioration sur la présentation claire avec toutes les fonctions souhaitées pour : créer, modifier, reconnaissance OCR parfaite, formulaire, etc. Le tout par lot. Des prix raisonnables pour la version perpétuelle et les upgrades lors des changements majeurs qui vous fidélisent. L'IA est présente avec différentes options. Appears to be ok product. But be warned....
After managing to get throught to the customer service team . And going through a convoluted process, I managed to get to an acceptable outcome.
Regards to the product it will probably suit a majority of people. However I must provide feedback that a trial mode should be better to give a chance for the full product to be used. To give chance for any limitation to be experienced. If such a full trial cannot be provided maybe do a limited time such as 7 day paid for trial of product rather than 1 year subscription immediately .
Basically its difficult to gauge if product will suit your needs without having to shell out full price.

A perpetual license for PDFelement, which involves a one-time payment for lifetime access to the software and free minor updates within this version. However, major upgrades require additional payment. For instance, you can update from version 11.1 to 11.4 for free, but upgrading to version 12 will incur a cost. This licensing term was mentioned on our pricing page. Seek your understanding.
Anyway, customers are free to decide to stay with the current licensed version or pay for the upgrade to the new version.

Would not recommend. I tried them after using their competitor and they were much better. Wondershare keeps charging me to this day and it is impossible to cancel the plan even though i have cancelled it twice

New menus are a serious impediment…
The latest revision has made the menus very hard to navigate. Everything is in a different location and hard to find.
Separately, the font used in the menus is too small to read for those of us over 60 years old.
Together this becomes a SERIOUS IMPEDIMENT to using your software

Purchased the life time product after…
Purchased the life time product after testing it. I received Version 10. 2 weeks later I get messages that I have to upgrade to version 12 for the same price I just paid. It's a complete scam and I am demanding a refund.
Plus the AI sucks it's generally useless.

Ich nutze Version 11.4.22 mit MacOS als Kaufversion. Das Programm kann vieles, aber kann auch vieles nicht. Es beginnt damit dass bei jedem geladenen Dokument gesondert die Zwei-Seiten-Ansicht aktiviert werden muss. Sodann muss bei jedem Dokument die Leiste für KI (rechts im Bild) weggeklickt werden. Es ist NICHT möglich, das dauerhaft festzulegen
Cut-and-Paste? Fehlanzeige! Geht nur auf die bei MacOS ohnehin implementierte Weise.
OCR? Funktioniert nicht.
Verwertbarer Export nach Word for Mac? Funktioniert nicht.
Was nützt mir die Werbung mit KI, wenn das Programm schon bei einfachen Aufgaben versagt?
Bislang war ich immer froh, Besitzer eines Mac zu sein. Aber bei diesem Programm wünsche ich mir Adobe Paperport zurück. Das gibt es leider nur für Windows.

Hätte eigentlich eine gute App sein können. Bewarb auch die OCR, dass sie von Finereader stammt. Bei ersten Testen schien es auch so. Jetzt ist sie schlechter geworden. Die leisten sind nicht anpassbar. Alles in allem mäßige Qualität. Bei neuesten Update hat sich auch das Layout geändert. Ist das chinesischer Ramsch?

Wonder Element Pro tops Adobe Acrobat Hands Down
This program works just as good as Adobe Acrobat professional and it is much cheaper to buy a license where one does not have to pay a monthly fee. That is what I do.

Frustrating to Use
While functionally the product is ok, the fact that you have to sign into Wondershare with name and password every time you use it is so frustrating I would simply not recommend the software. Completely unnecessary and annoying as hell. Many other pdf programs that don't have the sign in frustration that operate just as well or better.

Basically, you’ll only need an Internet connection for software activation the first time you open PDFelement desktop software. After that, you’ll be able to work offline with ease. You’ll also be asked to log in periodically to verify your credentials every 30 days if you haven't used PDFelement during this period.
