We use the £4.99 monthly subscription and it’s ok if you’re a darts fan. Had an issue with payment and had to write a fiver off twice. It’s true what people say customer service is non existent.
In between games it’s 2 minutes 40 odd seconds of the view from a drone flying around some random german town.
Very very weird. But I’m a darts fan and am grateful someone is showing these tournaments all beit amateurishly. It’s better than nothing.

Upgraded to 3 stars as this was finally sorted but required me to reregister.

This was ok until today. Tried to log in and got a 'username or password incorrect'. Emailed customer service and got a reply saying they had a server update and I would need to reset password or re-register.
Password reset doesn't work, I have not attempted to re-register as that is unlikely to link to the subscription I paid.
Have emailed again requesting it is resolved or refunded.

ABSOLUTE FRAUD. NO UK LIVE COVERAGE. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!

Joined the service thinking I would be able to watch the premier league. But of course if you are in the uk you vent watch it because they have sold the rights to sky.
But of a con tbh. Cancelled immediately.

The idea of being able to watch more darts seems great right? Well it is but you wont be able to do it in this app.

Screen dont full screen, live streams constantly reset and then jump to random points in the stream.

I got suckered in to a yearly sub thinking this utter nonsense in 2025 wouldnt happen.

Customer support are less than useless its laughable.

Took out a subscription in 2024 hoping that the early access for subscribers would allow me to purchase tickets to the events. Absolutely no chance ! No tickets available. Adding insult to injury the subscription auto renewed ( it’s hidden in the T’s & C’s ). You are not given any notice that your subscription is being renewed and refunds are not given. AVOID

I have recently emailed this company 7 times at their email address asking them to turn on auto renewal in my account, as there is no option for me to do so myself on their website after initially turning it off.

They have ignored every single one of my emails, so they have non existent customer service.

I have decided that I will just let my subscription expire and I will not be renewing it if they continue to ignore my emails.

What else can I do and what exactly would they have me do otherwise?

Clearly their customers are of no consequence whatsoever to them.

Took out a UK package on PDC TV to watch PDC championships live. After about an hour of searching I realised there was no live coverage. I cancelled my subscription. I contacted PDC TV twice to ask for a refund and didn't get a reply on either occasion. Save your money.

I would avoid them.

I purchased annual membership in 2024 with the hope to buy tickets throughout the year however this was not possible as even with the early window to get tickets majority of the tickets were gone when I finally got access.

To add insult to injury I have now been charged for annual membership again as it auto renew without them sending any reminders !!

Semi Finals and the website goes down and we cant watch the darts after paying a subscription fee. And then dont even announce what to do on their website. I had to find the solution i.e. use their poxy app, on the Sun website. Rubbish rubbish rubbish

The main benefit of buying a PDC annual pass for £49.99 is the priority access it gives you when buying tickets for live events. But it’s an absolute con because it’s so ridiculously over subscribed.

£50 later and hours waiting in the priority access ticket queue to be told there’s no seats left! This has happened on 2 separate occasions - one of which they sent a message during the queue saying 500,000 bots were in the system trying to buy all the tickets. They need to sort this out. Real fans losing out to bots who put the tickets for hundreds of £s on resale sites. If I had known I couldn’t get tickets I’d never have bought the pass - and they are refusing to acknowledge there’s any issue and offer a refund. They give out too many passes and don’t have control of bots

They mug you into paying £49.99 PDC subscription , giving you access to the first priority ticket release . The system crashes , locks everyone out . You can’t get tickets it’s a total scam . What you also don’t know is that they now have taken a portion of the table seats in the general table area and made them HOSPITALITY SEATS at £399 plus vat so it’s no wonder it sold out as they have sold loads as hospitality . Tried cancelling my subscription ! I am outside the cooling off period for a refund again another fix .
Don’t bother , total rip off , I am going to complain them to the financial ombudsman and MARTINS money

Don’t waste your money buying a membership thinking it will get you priority for tickets. It won’t , it’s a con. I waited 7 hours for 2 days running not even a chance and at the same time viagogo are selling g table seats for £350+, absolute scam save your money

Knowing full well that the demand for tickets was going to be high, PDC in their wisdom allowed each individual to buy up to 10 tickets for each of 4 sessions.
Easy to see why the Viagogo site was then instantly awash with world darts tickets at extortionate prices.

Paid my subscription logged on just before 12. When it opened I had selected my tickets within 40 seconds clicked pay then held on the refresh page for nearly 2 hours. When allowed back on surprise all tickets gone. Then later on see same tickets on 3rd party site selling at 4 times the value, very poor PDC, won't be renewing that service or use again

Bought subscription to allow me priority . Been trying to get in website for the past 7 hours with just a message to say high demand. Tickets being sold on other sites already for up to 8 x the face value . Shocking that PDC allow this . Will be getting a refund for my subscription !

Do not bother joining thinking you will get tickets for events as they have far too many subscribers now.

Most of the tickets end up in the hands of touts on resale sites!

Too often not working.

Having got Luke the Nuke fever, after not watching darts since Phil Taylor was in his prime, I really wanted to watch the European tour matches. Having read a bit online, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to view PDC TV live in the UK. I risked buying a one day pass for £2.99 and successfully watched the quarters through to the final. Excellent streaming quality on my Windows laptop, no buffering at all. Gets 10/10 from me and I’ll be back!
