Money gone, no tickets to show.
Twice I have placed an order this week, both times, taken the money out of my bank, then as soon as the order is processed it comes up on my screen with “page not found”
Not even had a refund from the first lot of money I lost on here. Wanted to enter the competition and both times it’s let me down. Will not be using again unless sorted. No sign of my money re appearing in my bank either.

To clarify, no money has been lost; a rare checkout 'timeout' can trigger a 'pending' transaction where your bank holds the funds temporarily until the connection resets, though the payment was never actually completed to us.
As this happened near the weekend, please allow 2–3 working days for your bank to clear these pending entries; the funds will return to your balance automatically since the payment was never collected.
