Purchased a optiplex 3060 windows 11, 8gb desktop with 22" monitor, stand & included keyboard and mouse 3 weeks ago, sadly computer doesn't work, the monitor was the wrong size and the stand is also faulty, I called sent pictures as proof and was told that all looked fine and am not able to get a free return label nor my money, I have started dispute however they claim to help and this experience I feel I was robbed. I would not refer anyone to purchase ftom this site. Oh I had to give 1 star, but they do not deserve it.

Computer works good but they gave me 2 broken monitors. I was supposed to get a working monitor. Don't trust these people to send you a good monitor. I wouldn't have spent my money if I knew the monitor's didn't work. Go elsewhere if you're looking for a working monitor.

Do not waste your money buying anything from these people!!! They sold me a laptop that I paid $150 for, first day I had it, it started overheating and restarting on its own. Tjhey said they'll 'look' at it, and supposed to have sent me a box to return it. It's been almost a month now, never received the box!!! I have written ticket after ticket, and no response for almost 2 weeks!!!

I would never buy a product from this company. It is a rip off. I purchased a monitor for my computer and right after the 30 day warranty was up I had to buy a new adapter to replace the one that came with the monitor. 4 months later there is still no sound after buying another adapter, major trouble shooting and configeration. 5 months later I find myself without a computer monitor. Just do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable shop.

Ok so I was wondering why so many bad reviews and this is my thought: It is possible some of these bad reviews are from people that THOUGHT they were doing business with them when in fact they were doing business with a scammer that claimed to be them, I see it all the time. The other bad reviews could be coming from other companies competing with them. Again, I see it all the time. My experience has been good. They have my debit card number and I haven't had any fraudulent or charges done without my permission. The refurbished laptop I got from them was good and I've only had a few problems with their internet. Other than those my portable hotspot is still good and I can bring it with me anywhere I go and it holds a charge for quite some time, and they claim you can connect 7 devices. I haven't tried to connect that many but I have been able to connect 4 I believe. Good job guys, thanks.

I havent gotten my computer yet, but I did speak to customer service over the phone. She was very kind and patience with me. She answered my questions and told me their shipping process. Oftentimes, non-profit get a bad rep, its probably because they're compared to Amazon or other fast E-Commerce businesses. Im a person of disability and needed an affordable tech for my job. My expectations are very low for stuff like these, because these tech are donated and possibly 5-7 years old. And with my disability income, this is all I can afford for now. We have to be greatful with what we have, and use what we can. Its non-profit like these, that help people like me. They're not a scam like everyone claimed. they're small with a smaller team, but I know their hearts are big. Lets remember that they're trying to help the community gain access to tech, but unfortunately Tech is growing rapidly. So they're trying their best.

This company is a scam. They insist you prove that you are on disability or services. Once you upload all your information they will insist you put your credit card in or you can go not further. I complied. I do NOT usually fall for any scams but thissss,,,,, So, i put it in on the premiss that it was for people who didnt qualify. Well, if i dont qualify..no one does. They then have you choose a laptop ect. THEY CHARGED ME $200.00. I have 4 school aged kids that i have guardianship over and we needed a laptop for school work. For crying out loud. Someone needs to shut them down. I complained. They claim to be a non profit. BS. They are stealing from families. I got a dell laptop with a HP charger. It overheats and will not keep a charge. I filed several complaints with various agencies. TOO much time spent on the company. IM spreading the word on social media and any other source (such as here} so others dont get ripped off Hopefully i will be able to get the money back. But my time is valuable as well. JUST DO NOT EVEN CONTACT THEM>>>>KEEP SCROLLING

Beware this company! They will charge your account without your permission. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD OR CHECKING ACCOUNT INFORMATION! They are thieves!! If you cancel your account, they WILL continue to charge your card until you call your credit card company and get a whole new card altogether. They have done this to me twice and then I had to get a new card. Stay away from this company! Do not give them your information!!

You get what you pay for! If it sounds to good to be true....... Was the computer cheap? yup
Just an old office brick that takes foreeeeeever to boot up and open any windows. Speaking of windows if I lived in a apartment building this is where the comp would go.

Trying to support the community was the wrong choice on this one. Took forever to get here then parts were missing weeks later and still don't have them. Customer service is worthless

These scammers only sell worthless machines donated by corporations getting rid of their junk e-waste. Collecting e-waste is their main business. The employees who work at PCSFORPEOPLE are socially challenged, have bad breath, and do not know much about computers. If you want an obsolete computer loaded with spyware that will malfunction as soon as you turn it on, buy from them. If you need a decent used computer to help improve your life, look elsewhere.

Delivery of unit was backordered and my service started days before I got device. Once got device, service has been less than intermittent. It has been unreliable every day since I have had it. It kicks off some devices but allows others. The password for internet says it's incorrect but other devices are login into network with exact same password. The price is alluring, but you definitely will get what you paid for.

I have struggled with good connection to my internet. And your support team hasn't helped at all.

I purchased a laptop, granted it's not new, however I would think that the laptop would be tested in all aspects before being shipped out to me. Upon receiving the laptop, I realized that the keys were sticking on the right side of the keyboard. I had to press multiple times to get certain letters, numbers and symbols to show up. I would think that this would be tested beforehand. I find it very hard to believe that someone didn't know that the keys were messed up. I sent an email, received a response and emailed the requested info two times. Twice I was told that the email that I sent was blank. Finally, resent and was told that a return label would be sent, but it would take up to 5 days for me to receive via email. I have to send the computer back to be fixed and the turnaround time can take up to 2 weeks. I am not happy and almost just want to tell them to keep it and refund my money. Please do better!

After making several phone calls to clarify some conditions, I ordered 2 items based on verbal and written guarantees. The shipping time was much longer than promised and the items were shipped separately. the first item has a Strick 7 day return policy which I was un-able to meet. I am stuck with it and the internet service. The second item took them much longer to ship and has a 30 day written return for full refund return policy. Due to the first item not performing as promised, I have no need for the second item. Th second item (a PC) was returned to them but they have refused to pick it up from the post office. The box was never opened and the tracking proves my statement. I informed them that is was there and they denied receiving it. I then RE-INFORMED them of it's where-abouts and AGAIN they have denied any knowledge. It is obvious that they intend to let the USPS get rid it and not return my money. It has been sitting at the post office for 12 days and they are well aware of that fact.. I NEVER RECEIVED the package as it was returned to sender yet they are threatening to keep my money... It is obvious by the number of complaints that this NPO makes a habit of this type of business practice and they should loose their NPO status..

Ever since I’ve logged into that computer somebody from this company has been trying to hack my email, they even tried changing the password I used for pcs for people website. I get emails all throughout the day prompting me to use a single code to change my password. Overall I am currently at risk for being hacked. Luckily I take precautions for everything I do technology wise so they won’t be getting my information but the fact that this was supposed to help people in need , not scam us, is becoming a pain in my behind. DO NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY, NOT TO MENTION ALL THE PARTS WERE FROM DIFFERENT OLDER MODEL COMPUTERS AND HALF OF THE EQUIPMENT WAS BROKEN. So if I could these mfs would be getting a zero fwm.

Really excellent service. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but received my laptop after three weeks via FedEx. Computer is used, of course, but in really great condition! Came with everything just plugged it in, turned it on, and up and running in no time. I have an older laptop that I will look into to donate for the next person. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
