Simple ordering process, parts arrived on time, and worked fine.

I got two NVMe drive caddies that are in perfect shape. I love PCSP!

I needed an upgrade fan that fit my chassis and I got one in excellent condition and the price was fair. Item was well-packed and shipped timely. Overall I thought it was a better experience overall then eBay. I will certainly be back for more. A++

It was a great deal and a good product.

Superb buying experience. PCSP has been a repeat vendor for us, they've been very thorough in both spec-ing the system and their packaging+shipping is very solid.

These guys are great to work with. They respond promptly and the price beat out all the competitors I looked. The server build is great and looks near new. I highly recommend them.

The 7820 workstation is a beast! It fulfills all my needs. I'm a stock options trader with typically over 100 windows open feeding me the information that I need to make timely decisions. The 7820 handles this with ease.
However, I recently purchased a new Ham radio. When I connected the USB cable to the computer the radio became inoperable. This only happens when I do a re-start. If I do a complete shut down and start up, the radio works fine. Why the difference? I have a 5810 as a backup and it does not bother the radio when I do a re-start. Any assistance that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

The equipment was very clean and worked just as it was listed. I have used this PC for a number of months and have had no issues. When I received the PC it was missing a screw that would hold down the SSD, I spoke with a customer rep and they sent me the complete hold down assembly and was shipped out the same day. I would recommend this Co and when I need any thing in the future I will look at them first.

Excellence in all aspects. I strongly recommend you and will purchase from you again if needed.

PCSP pricing was highly competitive, the order was processed and shipped very quickly, and the packaging was exceptional—multiple layers of protection ensured the unit arrived in perfect condition.

Most importantly, the power supply has now been running flawlessly for about 4 months without a single issue. It performs exactly as expected and has given me complete confidence in the purchase.

It’s increasingly rare to find a supplier that delivers this level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail. Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to purchase from PC Server & Parts again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality components.

Always the best service !! very knowledgeable and eager to help.

Every purchase I have made with PC Server and Parts has been top notch. Whether it has been an entire system (server, desktop, laptop) or just a component. The whole experience has been fantastic. Good quality products. I would recommend them EVERY time.

I really appreciate the Build-Your-Own-PC aspect of working with PCSP. I can choose a basic framework and customize it to suit my clients' needs.

All went well, though as surprised that the HDD's were not in anti-static bags. And once I had ordered them, they stopped offering them as an individual sale, you must now purchase as part of a system build.

Quality refurbished equipment at a great price. Great shipping rates.

The correct things arrived, and with all the parts.

Through the chat I was able to discuss the best options for my project and Tim expedited the order to the same day. My sons and I were able to configure and use the machine over the weekend and it's great. Thanks for the great service.

Ordered some older hard drive caddy's for HP workstation equipment. These were exact OEM tool-less trays and worked flawlessly in our workstation upgrades.
