Disgusted with paytek , COW-BOYS,STAY AWAY.
After completing my 4 years with paytek i extended further 2 Years , having completed my term and i gave them 2 months notice to end my agreement , they failed to take note and carried on further 3 Months .
As well as paying Paytek i was paying Clover their nominated company , both companies ow me in excess of £400.00 and no one taking responsibility MY ADVICE "STAY AWAY FROM PAYTEK " BUNCH OF COWBOYS FAIL TO ANSWER CALLS OR REPLY , STAFF VERY RUDE . Great work work Sum up with you 4ever

Their service was good but their agents shouldn’t be allowed to. Trade and cost me thousands of pounds.
Their service was good but they would not accept responsibility for their agents mis selling me terminals that didn’t work as I was promised and was forced to pay them for a full 4 year contract. The evidence I gave was completely ignored.

We only provide Billing Management with Independent Sales Organizations, we do not provide or have control over resellers actions or discussions with the Service Providers customers.

Absolute disgrace of a company
Absolute disgrace of a company, threatening to attack personal credit files to get money they are not owed, do not enter into any kind of agreement with them, look at the google reviews they have, as of today 10.05.2023 I have contact paytek as requested but they refuse to do anything to help other than deny any involvement, they also deny threatening to issue default notices of which I have proof in writing, their staff are not to be trusted and fail to acknowledge serious customer deficiencies in the contracts, so now we will see what the courts have to say as terms of a contract have to be fair, even when signed and entered into.

Great service and communication
I had a problem with cancelling my service, and had paid two months after cancelling. Sarah, checked and recovered the money for my small shop and is to be commended on her unfailing assistance.
