never buy from them scam and false business !!

Speedy service. Disagree with charging delivery service when you are spending over £150!

I have not recieved item or refund.
I have answered every querry as I have changed provider. I have sent 10 messages with evidence as requested.
Unfortunately after 2 weeks I have neither goods or refund and cant order from someone else now as medicare have my money. I wish I read the reveiws.

After multiple emails, with generic replies , so frustrating.... the pen has only 3 does for the last 3 months when should have 4 does. i wouldn't buy again from this company....J

I would leave no stars if possible. Like one of the other people leaving the reviews. I have been left with no goods and no communication about getting my money back. Not good enough MedExpress and will never use or recommend you again. Case number 5857868 &. 5814606 tried to call but an hours wait. Customer service non existent. I just want my money back

Poor service really consider how much you’re paying for bad quality customer service.
Don’t use them if you want to be left with no purchase having paid hundreds of pounds .
You would not get this when spending this much on a purchase!!!!!!!!!!!😡

I am extremely disappointed with MedExpress. My order (Order number: [5185766]) could not be fulfilled due to stock depletion, and there was no clear indication on their website that Orlos was unavailable. I had to switch to another supplier to get my order fulfilled, which undermined trust in their service. The refund process also needs to be expedited and clearly communicated. Overall, this experience was poor, and I would not recommend relying on MedExpress for timely stock availability or transparent information.

Avoid like the plague, very quick to take your money very slow to deliver even when you pay for "express Delivery" And should you have a query the reply you get is not in plain English or easy to understand.
Absolutely useless. I have now cancelled my order, it took them less than 30 mins to take my money, apparently it is going to take 10 days to process my refund!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid scam company ordered some medicine. After 2 weeks still hadnt posted. So enquired and they said they had an issue with the system. Then said they would process and post asap. And after 4 days still hadnt. Extremely bad website to deal with. You wont get your order. Dont waste your time.

I ordered some omeprazole as I had forgotten to order at GP and was going away for weekend ,this was 14th April,still waiting 21st April, I paid for next day deliverey.They take your payment which includes next day deliverey charge then tell you there may be problems because of move to new site i emailed them and they said it was Royal mails fault, they have agreed to return delivery fee but all other emails including an official complaints form filled in have been ignored , absolute waste of money and a miserable weekend for me .

Still waiting for perscription a week later . Take your money for first class delivery that hasn’t happened won’t use again

bad customer service provided. I made an order on the 31.12.24 and the just shipped after 2 weeks. I did not have a problem with the first 2 orders but on the 3rd occasion i experience i did.
also, i had to chase them by email and phone call. email takes 1 or 2 days to get back and phone calls about 20 to 30 min wait.
