Llevo en 2 semanas dos cobros de 28,80, no se muy bien aun a cuento de que, intento mirar en mi correo como darme de baja de lo que sea pero no hay manera, ya que nisiquiera me llegan notificaciones de cargos y cuando intento entrar en su pagina web no existe ninguna cuenta mia, obviamente, publico esto a ver si de alguna forma puedo comunicar con ellos por que no veo la manera, si no consiguiese comunicarme mañana mismo por la mañana voy a denunciarlos

Whoops! My mistake
I purchased a plan add-on to ChatGPT through PayPro Global and SmartFlowLimited. I was expecting notification and an app download. When this did not arrive I thought I had been scammed and started proceedings through my credit card to recover the cost. My son pointed out that my purchase was already available on my ChatGPT account, leaving me to send a letter of apology to PayPro Global. My experience may apply to other disgruntled customers also.

I'm writing this review to warn others about the suspicious activities of Mysnapface.com, which uses PayProGlobal for payment processing. After purchasing from their site, I was charged, but things took a strange turn.
Instead of receiving my product or a confirmation email, I got a message from PayProGlobal claiming there was an issue with my order. What's alarming is that they asked me to provide personal information to "resolve" the issue like my id card and bank details. Given the circumstances, I'm highly skeptical about their intentions, and it seems like they might be trying to obtain my information for malicious purposes, such as hacking my credit card.
What's even more concerning is that I've had smooth experiences with other similar services like Celebify and Pykaso, which used different payment gateways. This makes me wonder if the issue is specific to Mysnapface and PayProGlobal.
If you've had a similar experience or are considering purchasing from Mysnapface.com, be cautious. Protect your personal and financial information, and consider looking elsewhere for your needs. Based on my experience, I'd recommend exploring alternative options like Celebify.com or Pykaso.com, which seem to prioritize customer satisfaction and security.
