VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, MISLEADING
I signed for 1 week for the remote job finder website, and was charged $11.99 the 1st time which I was ok with. A week later I am charged $29.99, and am getting the run around for a refund as I never approved to renew the subscription. I AM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THIS SERVICE, AND WILL CONTINUE TO COMPLAIN UNTIL I RECEIVE MY REFUND.

PayPro brings a certain amount of…confidence
PayPro brings a certain amount of confidence when purchasing a product on the internet. The sale information is detailed, also it is great that a message is sent 7 days before renewal time to cancel if need be. The process to cancel was quick and painless.
I have limited experience with PayPro Global and have not dealt with issues where a product does not work and require a refund. I am dealing with a product right now and I don't understand if PayPro can help with this situation where a vendor does not resolve an issue with there product, ultimately ripping off the customer.

Poor customer service and scamming
I was charged even though I chose to NOT have auto renewal.
I have had nothing but problems with this company and support is really non existent.
Steer clear of Paypro Global and IOLO and their products as they control IOLO and System Mechanic.
I was also charged 2 times for the same product by customer support.

I mistakenly signed up for weekly subscription instead of monthly. I asked your lovely CS team to refund me the weekly charges. They declined saying it was my fault I signed up for weekly and not monthly. It's not the amount of money that pisses me off, it's the lack of understanding. Such an easy fix for your team to do the right thing and you failed. Do better.

Misleading Free Trial and Unauthorized Charge
I subscribed because the platform clearly showed a 3-day free trial. I canceled my subscription immediately, within minutes, as I realized it was not useful for me. Despite this, I was charged $15.90 right away.
This situation is unacceptable and misleading. A free trial should not result in an instant charge, especially when the cancellation was made at the same moment. I never benefited from the service, yet I was forced to go through unnecessary disputes to request a refund.
It is inaudible and unfair to treat customers this way. Be very careful before trusting this platform, as their so-called "trial" is just a way to charge people without transparency.
