Poor Communication :(
There is very much a lack of communication. I have tried to call customer service multiple times. When I do call, it goes straight to voicemail. I then receive a text message telling me to either text or email them the problem, even though I left them a voicemail. When I got someone to call me back and they were talking over me, laughing at my questions, and just being overall rude. In the state I live in there needs to be a 30 day waiting period before they can officially assign an ESA Letter. There’s been no communication about when I set up a time to talk to my provider about the ESA Letter. When I needed my provider to sign a document for the leasing agency I was then informed that would be an extra $40 after I already paid $120 to get my cats registered. Overall, I’m displeased with the communication with this company.
