Same day appointment by phone with the specialist and the letter was sent to my email later that day. My new apartment complex verified all the info to be correct and accepted my request to provide a reasonable accommodation and waive all pet fees. Only thing is I paid for a card but it was never provided.
Robert was very helpful and understanding. Made me feel heard and got me approved to have my cat with me very quickly. Thank you!
He did not do the appointment. Would not help me figure out what was completed. Became belligerent and rude, very condescending. Wouldn't even do the appointment and is currently texting me insults.
