Have ordered several times from PPB, the sizing guide on the website makes it super easy to ensure a proper fit and I have always received my products very quickly, packaged securely and in immaculate condition. I have products that are 3 years old and still have plenty of life left in them.

We have been customers of Pawsome Paws Boutique for over 5 years. The quality, durability and practicality of their harnesses is fantastic and we love the colourful and eye catching designs too. Their customer service is always great and delivery is extremely prompt.

Such beautifully well-made, quality harness, collar, lead and bow in the most adorable Christmas print. Fits my puppy perfectly and will be very easily adjustable as she continues to grow. The fasteners and adjusters are of high quality and, once fastened, feel completely secure. Peggy obviously finds it very comfortable to wear too and didn’t want to take it off! I love that we can fasten the lead to either the front or the back of the harness so feel like we have total security whilst keeping Peggy safe and comfortable during our walks and car journeys.

They fit beautifully and are clearly made with high-quality materials. The designs are absolutely gorgeous too, and we always get compliments when she’s wearing them. Delivery is quick, and everything arrives beautifully packaged. I’ll definitely keep ordering from this brand — highly recommend!

I have a few disney harnesses and collars from PPB and absolutely love them! The sizing is easy to work out and work teue to size! I've had these items for over a year now and theyve been in the washing machine loads of times. The quality is perfect. Highly recommend this brand!

I ordered a XS harness for my chihuahua x but unfortunately it didn't fit him. It moved sideways and he managed to get a front leg out. I only realised this after practicing walking with a lead attached inside first for safety reasons. After sending photos to customer service they said the DESIGN of the harness was the problem and the pawsome pup XS was recommended. I sent it back hoping for a gift voucher as the harness colour I wanted was out of stock but they replied saying the lead had caused a few marks. I explained walking with the lead was the only way the issues were found but they said the 2 finger test was enough. This test is for sizing NOT design/ style but they ignored this and just returned the harness which I'm donating to a rescue. I'm hoping this review will be on their website but just incase it never appears I'm posting on here.

I emailed asking what they mean by looked into it but they haven't replied. Also my chihuahua's measurements come within the XS sizing so it has nothing to do with him being too small if you use the stated measurements as the guide, so it's down to the style/ design.

Disgraceful company.

I have returned a faulty item and after confirming there would be no charge to return, they have charged a return fee of over £5 for one small harness! I have asked them for photo evidence that the harness isn’t faulty and they’ve sent one picture that doesn’t show the full harness. I’ve asked for close up images of the whole of the harness and they are now ignoring me. This is against the Consumer Rights Act and I have therefore raised a chargeback to get my full refund. I have also reported them to trading standards.
I won’t lose out on this and I will now take my business elsewhere and will be recommending to anyone I talk to that they avoid this company too.
Cocopup do excellent products and have great customer service, I’ll be sticking with them in future.

Update; you did not send clear, close up images of the whole of the harness, as requested, so I couldn’t point out the area to you. There’s no evidence the harness pictured is even the one I returned. When I completed the returns process it did not ask me to contact you and it stated the return was free. My credit card company disagrees with you and has confirmed my postage has been refunded.

The approach by this company is very short sighted, there are plenty of businesses out there for customers to choose from, I will simply shop elsewhere from now on and would encourage others to read other similar reviews and do the same.

I have ordered twice from this company and have been very impressed with everything from them. The harnesses are great quality well made perfect sizing beautiful fabric colours exactly same as bows just add that bit of finesse to your pooches harnesses got pop bag lead and treat bag to match all awesome
Then I brought in thier sale travel mat and micro fibre towels all are great quality beautiful designs to top it all very fast efficient delivery service fabulous company

Disappointing recent order. Have a harness from here that I bought in 2021 which is still going strong. The new one I received today is much stiffer material and the D rings are plastic, not metal, so it doesn’t feel as secure. Return postage fee was over £5 - I understand a small business can’t offer free returns but evri parcel shop is normally around £3 so feel annoyed to have spent nearly £10 overall on postage for an item I am not keeping.

Bought a Toy Story themed collar and lead from this wonderful company. Arrived today and fits my puppy well. Love it !

DO NOT, DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM PAWSOME PAWS BOUTIQUE.

READ their 1 star reviews which perfectly sum them up. Based on customer service, product quality and time; in terms of weeks and weeks. And you pay for extortionate postage out and extortionate return postage. Disney Harness products are too stiff for your beloved dog’s necks.
Customer service is non plus and robotic when they eventually, generically respond.
They robotically reply to poor reviews but it means nothing.
DONT WASTE YOUR GOOD EARNED MONEY AND TIME. PPB is Zero Rated based on odious purchase experience. And still they are trying to dispute this poor review with Trustpilot, by any means. First they claimed I hadn’t bought from them; then it was supposed to be another company; then they are now dishonest about timing of refunds et al - which I had to keep chasing and repeating; now they keep trying to remove this honest, bad purchase experience review. READ their 1 star reviews. All sounding familiar PPB? Seem to be “offended”?

I left a review in here and their Facebook page showing the pictures of the absolutely filthy order I received.
They were so unprofessional in their service and instead or rectifying are just quick to remove the truthful photos. This just adds to their unprofessional attitude.
I would not recommend ordering from someone who has this kind of focus.

Amazing phone case from pawsome paws

If I could give zero stars I would. Instead of ordering from amazon I ordered from a small business so as we all know it is nice to support our local and nation wide smaller businesses, however, that has come with a deep regret. Checked the sizes online and ordered two harnesses which are not the cheapest by any means. When the harnesses arrived they were smaller than a usually medium sized harness and one could not extend the bands as that would be case with other brands. Had to return one as it did not fit one of my dogs and paid the difference to have a large size sent. Two weeks later, no harness. When I enquired with their online service, and mind you, there is no telephone number, only an email address and "live" chat more of a "dead" chat as it takes them 48 hrs to get back to you. Anyhow, I enquired about my order and was told that it's still with evri. Yesterday evri sent a message that they have delivered the parcel which did not arrive. Tried to contact evri but conveniently their complaints department and phone line enquiry was down as usual. Contacted PPBL chat to enquire again and sent screenshots of my findings on evri to only be told that it must have been my return, which would have made sense as when I entered my post code it said it was incorrect. No reply where my large sized harness is that I paid for. It is like talking to a wall with this/these person/people. I will report them both to the trading standards and bank as scammers! So much for trying to support a small business it sure it one of a small mind that lacks people's skills and more so has zero customer care. This was the first and last time I ordered from you and seeing from the bad reviews you have, I am not the only one. Stay away from this place absolutely dispicable!

UPDATE: As I was posting this, received a msg that they require to receive the return before they can send out the new. Wow! Communicating that with customers would have helped that it would take 3 weeks and up to a month to sort out a simple exchange. AND THIS IS WHY AMAZON IS THE BEST!

I've been to loggerheads and come across an escaped sheep. My vizslador doesn't have great impulse control so attempted to lunge and run at the sheep. She was wearing a gorgeous Emily in paris large harness with the matching rope lead. Thank god they are so sturdy and durable as well as beautiful! My baby girl and the sheep and are safe!

This is the only company I buy from for my dogs harnesses, leads and my walking gear which has given me confidence to get out there and enjoy the nature. They have so many different products for all your needs when it comes to being a dog parent and the quality is second to none. Also the designs are super cute and unique, special mention to Dan the designer as she is INCREDIBLE at what she does. The customer service is great and I know I will be getting the help I need if I ever need to contact them (which is very rare) Char on socials is just a pure ray of sunshine :) Really enjoy her lives (please do more!) You guys have created a special community full of lovely people and you show you are always super grateful to us by regularly featuring photos of your customers and sending out PR influencer packages that make us feel super special :) so thank you PPB for existing, I can't imagine life without you <3
