Sid paw-sat my Rottweiler-dachshund cross, Wurst last weekend at very short notice. Wurst is a very anxious pup and not the least bit keen on strangers, but with Sid, the two bonded almost instantly. It’s very rare to come across someone with such an intuitive canine inclination as Sid. He seems to know what they want and when they want it (as well as where and how). But he’s also firm, no stranger to saying no. Wurst, as is natural in the world of dogs, does best under strong and dominant leadership. And that’s exactly what Sid is: a dog leader; but a fair, loving, and kind one.

Fantastic! Gave my Poodle to the boys to look after and was just thrilled. He came back with a real smile on his face and they even taught him a few tricks (sit, paw and a little bit of Cantonese). Thank you boys!!!

Sid and max always give me regular check-ins that make it obvious my dog isn’t just being cared for, he’s being genuinely loved. The level of thoughtfulness and attention to detail is rare. Routines are followed carefully, and Eric is always treated as if he were their own.

Knowing that my dog is safe, happy, and so well looked after has allowed me to be away without any worry, which is the greatest gift you can give a pet owner.

Paw Haven is an absolute godsend for me.

I work in Soho and bring my puppy to work with me. On days where my diary has ended up being a bit back-to-back, Sid has been a total lifesaver, taking my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for walks or providing a home away from home for her for the entire day.

They’re super flexible with last minute bookings and, when I was travelling on business recently, Sid even took my pup for a two night stay.

She seems to absolutely love it there - highly recommend

Max and Sid provide an excellent place for my dog, Sedwig to stay when I have work trips, Sed needs a walk when I am home late, etc. Often at short notice. This is very appreciated and makes my busy schedule a lot less stressful knowing Sedwig is with his friends and basically gets a little holiday when I am away.

They go above and beyond, and we are extremely lucky to have them. Sedwig is a long haired, miniature Dachshund who has historically struggled to socialize easily with other dogs. Max and Sid have helped him improve in this area and he now has dog friends (as opposed to only human friends before) which makes me very glad.

I recommend Pawhaven 10/10 - please note, it’s prompted me to only leave the last date PawHaven has looked after Sedwig on here, but it’s ~15 times more realistically.

Max has been not only a dog walker/dog sitter but a beautiful part of my new puppy’s life, and my slightly older dog adjusting to suddenly being a ‘big sister’. When I started searching, I was surprised to learn that lots of sitters won’t take on puppies, but Max has great experience bringing up a whole litter. He has been a great communicator right from the off, super reliable, punctual, and I can clearly see that both my dogs now love and trust him. So glad, and grateful, that I found Max. Would recommend 100%.

Looked after my cocker spaniel barley for a couple of days. She was walked well, picked her up in the evening and she was exhausted which is difficult for a cocker. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Whoopi had a marvellous afternoon with these two young men! They are enthusiastic and clearly love dogs. They followed my instructions to the letter and I collected a calm, happy dog. I will definitely be using their services again😊🐾

I use Paw Haven for day boarding and dog walking... Max and Sid are punctual, super friendly, and genuinely caring. My two dogs always come back happy and relaxed. Such a relief to have found a reliable team I can trust, local to where I work when visiting London, and that my dogs love!

I have tried many dog sitters and dog walkers over the years and am so thankful that I’ve found Paw Haven for my little rescue dog. Max is not only very caring with her, he is incredibly trustworthy, reliable and a great communicator. It’s definitely not easy to find someone with all these qualities so having Max to walk my dog most days of the week (and take care of my dog when I go away) has been such a blessing!

I absolutely adore Max! My experience with him has been truly remarkable. He’s incredibly caring, flexible, and always willing to go above and beyond. Max even makes sure to wipe my pup’s paws after every walk, knowing how much the bed is the favourite waiting spot for me when I get home. That small but thoughtful detail really shows how caring he is. I couldn’t recommend Max more! He is reliable, flexible, and always keen to help!
