I've purchased 8 or 9 items and each one has definitely exceeded my expectation. Each beautiful in their own way. Amazing construction. My dogs absolutely loved them! The best I've found in a long time. Highly recommend!!

Easy shopping

I have been a customer of Paw.combsince about 2018. I still have four of their beds, which are as fluffy as ever, and I have extra covers that I’m able to rotate. They wash really well and I also have three of the pup saver throws which have lasted since about 2020. They’re very easy to wash and protect the furniture and are also very snug to sit on when it’s a cold day and the leather couch is cold.

I purchased two more of the tan and white throws in the large size and the regular size last night. I realized I had made an error in ordered one of the wrong color and messaged them and it was fixed immediately. Then I happened to see on Facebook that they had an even better sale and I reached out to Ash from Customer Service. She was so incredibly helpful and changed my order and I was able to order two of the large pup saver throws and two of the regular size for about the same price.

I’m ordering them because I have a cat that’s almost 19 that had an accident on the top part of our couch yesterday and after cleaning it and taking care of it realize that we needed something that would be comfortable pretty and absorbent and this was the ticket.

All in all, I would have to say that the products they have and their Customer Service are top notch. And I am always checking to see about new items. Lastly, they are always grateful for the repeat business and express it in a very kind way.

I love the Paw products that I have purchased, and even more important my dogs love them.
Happily I was able to buy quite a few products on sale but, they are worth the full purchase price.

Website is easy to navigate along with the process to order. However, one item that I wanted has no been in stock for months now and that has been disappointing.

The beds are very durable, thick and comfortable. Easy to wash. Shipping is fast and customer service is excellent and prompt. I recently got a defective bed and they responded and shipped a replacement within a few hours.

Best dog products I’ve ever owned for my dogs. Practical, durable and beautiful.

The product is great the website needs help, very hard to place orders with the site crashing

The white blanket came with black stitching, very noticeable. And wasn't as plush as shown in ad. Company did settle with me quickly for half. Also comparable blankets sell on Amazon for half! Wished I'd did my homework before buying!

Just received my order. Super quick shipping and quality product. Had a bit of an odor from maybe the vacuum sealing process but the blanket will do what it’s designed to do- protect our bedding. We’ll see how it holds up after washing.

The dog blanket I ordered did not look the same as the picture shown on the website. So, I initiated the return. Pay attention to the return policy, for restocking and return fees. Or you can prepay a $5.00. fee upon purchase to reduce the fee if returned. (Like return insurance). Company was very responsive.

I would like to start by saying I do really like the products we have used from paw.com. We have two blankets purchased 2021/2022 (3&4 years now with semi-regular use), both that are still in use and in a condition you would expect from the dog’s blankets.

We also have 2 beds with covers purchased in 2023 (2 years now), the dogs love both beds and while the one is rarely used (in a room we aren’t in often and the dogs aren’t in without supervision) and we have the runner bed but it has had a hole in the very top, center of it for over a year now and the company never has the replacements in stock, only says they can not provide an ETA on when they will be in stock and when asked will say the product isn’t being discontinued. I have attempted the purchase a new cover (for the 3rd time) today with no luck, and 1 year + is as long as I am willing to wait for the company to get stock without them being willing to provide any timeline or offer any product support.

Replaceable covers was one of the big reasons we chose these beds and if the company won’t allow us to purchase a new cover (a product STILL listed on their website), I think people need to know that before they purchase.

The runner is our dogs favourite bed and the cost/value of it was really worth it to us (even paying for replacement covers) because they fit a lot of our in needs in the space, such as not sticking out 4 feet from the wall but still fitting our XL dogs, and the dogs actively choose it over their other beds. We have received many compliments on the runner and we have recommended it multiple times.

I am no longer recommending this company for dog beds. You get exactly what you expect from the products and the ability to purchase replaceable covers made up for the quality of the bed covers (the quality isn’t bad, but there are tougher options out there in this price range) but the accessibility and customer service make what could have been a staple item in our household for decades just another product we now have to find an alternative for.

Was told 4-6 days. 14 days later and not received. Needed for Christmas Day. Waste of time and money.this review is on behalf of my husband hence why you haven't got a record of the order with my email, it arrived too late on 29/12

If you want to review products you must buy a decal for 5.00?
Then in there products to review items the charge you retail prices maybe a buck or 2 cheaper really?

There was a problem with the tracking that amazon provided and we thought pieces were missing. Being alarmed.....I reached out to customer service and they are every bit as fabulous as the products which we've been using in our house for years and years, wonderful experience beginning to end.It's impossible to speak to how truly fabulous these people and products are

Paw.com has amazing customer service. They were extremely responsive to my needs and 100% did what ever they could to make me happy.

I purchased a throw and want to return it. I have not received a return email after emailing you several times. I tried to upload the bar code and your system will not allow me to do so. I will never purchase another product from you. In addition you charge very high fees to return an item and I felt the throw was not worth the price.
