Pavlus Travel Anmeldelser

Pavlus is a pleasure to work with. Our agent Pam is highly responsive

We highly recommend Pavlus

We have traveled with Tauck 10 times and have thoroughly enjoyed each of our trips. They handle everything! Their tour leaders are superb and make each trip memorable. Wouldn't use anyone else.

My experience was made really great because I had wonderful guidance, Service, and assistance from my travel agent, Pavlus.

went on a princess cruise dec 24 and first problem is they took us to wrong ship. we have been on nine cruises and the food at evening meals both in quality and quantity was terrible. had a problem so contacted customer service and was advised they would get back to me asap. never heard from them again so we terminated our cruise at the halfway point. with princess never again!

We were referred to Pavlus by some friends who had used Pavlus previously. We booked together and had Pavlus plan all of our itinerary from extended stays before and after our cruise, flights, hotels and transfers. They have an extended network of personnel who are experienced in all aspects of travel. When we had questions about our air itinerary, the Pavlus Air Travel branch communicated with us promptly and took care of our concerns. The customer service branch helps take care of visa's and other odd ball issues and our personal planner that we work with, Lee Alvarez, has been nothing short of amazing getting all of the logistics handled when we inquire about a trip we would like to book. She had knowledge of pretty much all of the cruise lines, hotel and city stays and can make good recommendations based on your budget. She is amazing at securing pretty good on board ship credit on specific cruise lines.
We have finished our second trip using Pavlus and have since booked two more long trips that they have planned for us. Even our friends are impressed enough that they are using Pavlus again to book with us so we can travel together.

Many years of experience with Pavlus Travel keeps us coming back for more. Veteran travel advisors know their stuff. Additional well-trained experts support you with specific issues. The lagniappe of occasional Distinctive Voyages excursions added to your cruise is an unexpected benefit. And, of course, the generous rebates make Pavlus not only the best, but also the least expensive travel agency.

Pavlus is a terrific company. We have used several travel companies over the years and finally found Pavlus. Everyone is professional. Service is great and the agents are extremely helpful in planning your dream vacation. Questions are answered promptly and if a problem comes up, their support team is there 24 hours a day. I highly recommend them.

We’ve trusted Pavlus Travel for over 10 years, and we couldn’t be happier with their exceptional service and incredible variety of travel opportunities. Susan, our travel planner, is absolutely outstanding!

Country Road of Switzerland was amazing trip, hopefully Interlaken will be included on their package.

You always get a live person who consistently follows through on requests. Very professional approach that never disappoints

Pavlus has aways made our travel much easier and less expensive than we could have. I have used them for many years and have been very pleased with their service!

Our principal contact is Tracey Radler and she has continually provided excpetional professinal service. When she has had a deserved day off one of her colleagues was always available to provide the same level of service. Pavlus will undoubtedly be our first choice for future travel plans, and we just booked another trip using their service.

Great trip start to finish
