Pavlus Travel Anmeldelser

Agents Annette and Shari were very helpful and got us a fabulous deal.
They work with multiple cruise lines and tour companies.
Don't be afraid to use them if you feel you are far from New Mexico. We live on the west coast and met people from the east coast that used them...
If you use them mention this review...and my name if you are able to see it....

Pavlus Travel helps make planning our travel seamless. They are always prompt in responding to any of many questions. I highly doubt using there services.

Pavlus has been my go-to travel agency for nearly a decade, and they continue to exceed my expectations every single time. They consistently secure the best possible deals for my vacations—if I ever find a great price elsewhere, Pavlus always beats it. Their customer service is exceptional, and on the one occasion I had an issue, they resolved it within minutes. Truly, Pavlus is the best travel agency in the USA.

All of my interactions with Pavlus have been extremely positive. They have a large team that is able to assist with any of my travel questions. Whether it is booking a cruise, a safari, hotels, airfare, group bookings or answering any of my travel related questions, they are there in a timely manner. Their referral and cash back program is top notch. I highly recommend Pavlus for any of your travel needs.

We've booked our Viking cruises through Pavlus since 2015 and have used them exclusively since then. The service is professional, personal and thorough. Whenever we encountered an unexpected issue Victoria Hill or other support staff were quick to resolve any problems. We have recommended Pavlus to friends and family and many have also used Pavlus for their bookings. We've done many river, ocean and expedition cruises.

The preplanning by the Pavlus staff, specifically Melissa and the Customer Guest Services staffr that support her.

Traveling with Pavlus can be customized to your wishes in ways individual tour and cruise operators cannot do. They also give you money back :-)

Pavlus Travel makes booking easy. They also keep you up to date with information on your booking. Great agency to work with.

Travel with fair pricing and good customer service.

I just returned from my first Tauck river cruise (Danube). The cruise, air fare and pre-and post-cruise hotel stays were all arranged by Pavlus. The entire trip was flawless thanks to the planning by Pavlus and their relationship to Tauck. Luke Marshall and his team did an amazing job for me. I will always use Pavlus in the future for vacation planning.

A fabulous and professional tract company that we will only use going forward

Everything was great, timely and correct.

I was recommended to Pavlus by a good friend of mine and I couldn’t be happier. They are efficient and knowledgeable. I have received the best prices possible and get wonderful guidance in our decisions.

Our travel agent with Pavlus, Fia Bauer, is a pleasure to work with. We have booked several cruises and also land tours with her. We have had no issues with anything. There are many companies doing this , give her a try you won’t be disappointed.

First class tour group director. Organized bus trip with flawless luggage handling. Access to National parks for lodging was a plus.

We’ve been using Pavlus Travel for our trips, and they have been absolutely wonderful to work with! Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond. They make planning travel so easy and stress-free — from helping us choose the best options to making sure every detail is handled perfectly. We truly appreciate their attention to detail and the personal care they give each client. Every trip we’ve taken with their help has been smooth and memorable. We highly recommend Pavlus Travel to anyone looking for exceptional service and great value!

Odyssey Tours small group experience was very well organized with outstanding guides in every city; the overall guide stayed with us the whole trip going out of her way to make our trip a success. The bus drivers were fantastic!! The hotels were 4 and 5 star gems with excellent meals provided.

We like to travel with Tauck, but have gone with Viking and Insight. Whatever we decide, Pavlus is just great to deal with. They respond quickly to questions, offer good advice, make sure we get good deals, and are good at arranging flights---oh, and giving rebates and money for referrals.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were kept busy at all stops. We saw beautiful scenery and had an excellent time.

Impossible to communicate with. Our agent was only an order taker. No follow through. Messages left with customer service never returned. Multiple phone calls were necessary to get routing number for our final cruise payment. Air department never returned our calls or messages. By necessity we had to book our own flights. We have now paid for the most expensive trip of our lives with no follow up or advice.
