Easy and quick. Really nice selection of cabins and great prices.

The cabin was decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was a perfect fit for our family of 8. Will definitely book again.

Was easy to use,

The Roost: Infested with spiders. I was bitten 4 times while sleeping the 1st night, 6 more times the 2nd night. My husband and I were both bitten several times each on the last night of our stay, even though I sprayed all around and under the bed with spider spray.

The bathtubs and shower were filthy. The rugs in front of the bath sink and shower were black. They came clean after I washed them.

I left a message with American Patriots Getaway since it was the weekend. When I didn't hear from them by Tuesday, I called and was told my message wasn't routed to the correct department. They sent someone out 1.5 days later to clean because she had to wait for a ride because her car wouldn't make it up the steep driveway. When she left, everything was just a dirty as it was before she came. I bought cleaning supplies and cleaned myself.

APG offered to send a pest company out but I had already bought spider spray because we couldn't sleep like that until they contacted us.

There were also 4 wasps in the den, dead and live roaches and Asian Ladybugs everywhere.

The comforter on the downstairs king bed was queen sized and barely covered the top of the bed.

Only 1 TV worked. We were told to reset the router, which did nothing. They supposedly sent someone out to fix the internet but the tv's still didn't work. They were also supposed to fix the porch lights which didn't work but they weren't fixed either.

I was given a 10% refund for the spider bites and the cleaning fee. When I complained about the tv's not working, I was told that I already received a refund.

I would definitely not recommend The Roost or American Patriot Getaways.

Cabin was very clean and everything we need to have a great weekend. We had an incident with bot tub but it was handled quickly and professionally. We can't wait to book again

The cabin was awesome, clean and semi secluded as wanted. I did not like the gun fire so close to the cabin, as was not expected, sounded too close as if was in back yard. There were no ashtrays outside for smokers, so we had to furnish our own, but other than that, it was good. Didn't see any bears which was disappointing

Patriot Getaways is always accommodating and willing to work for us to ensure we have a great experience. The staff always listens to our needs and helps us find the perfect property. They are professional yet genuine, and we always come away feeling like they care about us and truly want us to enjoy our stay.

Our cabin felt like home. The cabin was clean, warm, and inviting. Perfect for a couples getaway. Everything we wanted in a cabin and we had it. The drive getting there wasn't bad either.

The rental arrangements were very clear on the website. When it was time, clear instructions were given with directions to the unit and how to access. The checkout process was easy and concise.

It was a beautiful cabin. The most exciting thing when we saw a mother bear and two cubs come around the cabin that was on Wednesday September 27th. Then we saw them again on Friday the 29th. Quiet and felt like home. The cabin was Sweet Serenity.

The cabin was perfect!! From having everything needed on a vacation to the incredible view, we hope to stay here every visit to Gatlinburg! Just minutes away from downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Clean, spacious, all around perfect.

Everything about this experience was great

I love booking with American Patriot Getaways the site is easy to use. I have been booking with them for years and customer service is great. I have had cabins that had a few problems and had to call their friendly customer service were you actually get a hold of someone nice and not a recording. They are very understanding and good to take care of whatever comes up. Thats why I think they do a great job.
