Frank about the pros and cons of fabrics, and balanced that against delivery constraints. There is little for a merchant to gain by having a very broad array of choices unless the staff is high enough to navigate.
Otherwise,the internet trade default to amazon or COSTCO. (Which would have been a couple of hundred cheaper fit not as well .

Great selection, elegant traditional furniture and my table is even made in USA!
I ordered a painting on 4/24. It said it would ship in 2-3 weeks. It’s 6/5 and it still hasn’t shipped let alone arrived. More recently there was an update that gave an estimated shipping date of 5/22. After that date came and went, another “update” suggested the painting would ship on 5/29. I reach out to try to get an update every other day and I get a response that they are “closely monitoring” the situation and will alert me asap when it ships. What does “closely monitoring” mean if I never receive the item I paid $600 for….

Individual on the phone was knowledgeable, confident but down to earth. Easy to communicate with. Pleasant experience and the follow up with the quote was very timely. I thus ordered it right away!
The web-site functionality was poor or there were issues that needed to be fixed, e.g., I never received a code to set-up an account (re-tried multiple times), didn't receive a receipt of my order (ended up copying the confirmation off of the web-page).
