Amazing Company, Quality Product
The owner of this company is amazing. I have placed multiple orders with Pastazerts both for corporate functions and personally. Stephanie is attentive, responsive, and kind. Their products are creative and they keep inventing new recipes to perfect their product. I highly recommend them!

The company was let down by the shipper. They crushed the box allowing the ice to melt. they were 3 days late in their delivery. The company refunded my money and give me all the advice I needed.

The filling was good
The filling was good, but the chocolate was too powdery - dried out my mouth. Delivery was prompt, and well packaged.

This company has the BEST customer service! I had a problem with a delivery and they immediately sent me a replacement that arrived in time for my dinner party. Quick and professional responses to my emails.

Pastazerts is a great idea
Pastazerts is a great idea! The chocolate ravioli are yummy, but I felt like the strawberry sauce had an unusual taste that I did not care for. A slightly sturdier product package to better protect would be great! Mine arrived looking a little jumbled. Great idea, though!

Sorry the strawberry sauce didn't work out so well, you can always order with no sauce at a lower price or try one of our other sauce flavors. This was a gift and I just now received feedback.
Purchased as a gift and just received feedback. The recipient tasted the strawberry cheesecake ravioli and commented that there wasn’t much strawberry in it. Perhaps I should have ordered the strawberry sauce too?
As for the company’s customer service, it was top notch!
