Best Sourdough Bread in Maine!
Everything coming out of this bakery is absolutely delicious—over-the-top good! The care and attention their baker puts into every single sourdough loaf is truly admirable. The packaging is beautiful, and the quality makes it well worth the price. Just think about it: fermented sourdough made with only 3 simple ingredients—flour, water, and salt. All organic or non-GMO, no preservatives, and no monkey business. This bakery is clearly in it for the long haul, and it shows in every bite!

There are several reasons I order from, and will continue to, Ruby on the Hill. The choices and availability of her products, love the “special favor each month, the ease of ordering and paying and the ease of convenient pick up are some.
Above all that, the owner and baker is just great!

Sourdough pizza shells.
Ordered pizza shells online with me picking them up, it was smooth and price point was great. Two large pizza shells per pack for $10, can't go wrong for that. The sourdough is fantastic and fresh, freezes well and my family loves them.
