Great customer service
Amazing customer service. Salsabeel called me after I was looking on their website and was able to inform me of all the options available efficiently and gave me good advice on what course was best for me. She was very helpful and answered all my questions over the phone and helped me try to find an instructor as soon as they could.

🚨 URGENT WARNING — AVOID PASSMEFAST. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.
I deeply regret trusting PassMeFast with my money. I paid almost £2,000 for driving lesson packages, an enormous amount of money that I worked hard to earn. My experience has left me stressed, frustrated and worried about getting my money back.
I FEEL COMPLETELY LET DOWN, AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
One of my biggest concerns has been instructors asking for additional money to be transferred directly into their personal bank accounts. This is extremely concerning when customers have already paid substantial amounts for a package. If you are expecting to pay for driving lessons, you should not be left confused or worried about unexpected payment requests.
I have also had concerns about the instructor arrangements and the reliability and safety of the service I expected to receive. Customers deserve to feel safe, receive clear information and get the service they paid for without unnecessary stress.
Almost £2,000 is not a small amount of money. It is money people work hard for, and the stress of a financial dispute can be overwhelming. I wish I had never trusted this company with my money.
MY MESSAGE IS SIMPLE: DO NOT USE PASSMEFAST. PERIOD.
Based on my experience, I would never choose this company again. I am sharing my experience because I do not want other people to go through the same financial stress and frustration.
PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING SERIOUSLY. I WOULD STRONGLY URGE ANYONE CONSIDERING PASSMEFAST TO STAY AWAY.

I first got a phone call from PassMeFast but got disconnected. Even so, Jaime picked up and talked through each step in what goes on during my lessons with detailed information; how much hours I will need, what kind of payments I need to make and how much they cost, how to use the student portal, what their companies about and what they strive for. Jaime was clear and understandable and someone great to talk to if you want to understand what you’ll be doing through your practical lessons. Great customer service!
