Purchased to remove frp from Motorola. It said it worked. It was not software or a real program. It was a series of screenshots to show me how to go in to disable Google on the start up. I can see the logic there and had it worked I would have been happy paying for it, however, the steps they provided were were no longer usable due to patches and upgrades in the android firmware. I requested a refund, they said no. I also had to email them 4 times to get a confirmation that the auto renew was cancelled because they only allow you to purchase the program with auto renew set up monthly.

Purchased this on 1/13/26 and went back and forth after the software was not able to deactivate icloud lock from an iPad2! which is an OLD model. Their customer service agent (Jessie) requested and i sent screenshots of error messages, all log files, tried multiple charge cables and even bought a new computer for this. All our communications went on over course of little less than a month. After trying everything they offered me 20% refund and free software that does not work, then 50% refund and free software that does not work. I reported their scam to Amex and filed a claim. DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE....it's a complete scam.

I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this company. Their website promises a 30‑day money‑back satisfaction guarantee, but when you request a refund, they only respond with irrelevant troubleshooting questions and avoid taking responsibility. It feels like they deliberately try to delay and confuse customers instead of honoring their own guarantee. Very disappointing experience – not trustworthy at all.

Do not waste your money on PassFab FixUWin. It is a complete fraud. I purchased the software to fix a Windows issue, and it failed to do anything it promised.

More importantly, be extremely careful with your billing: they try to set up automated recurring payments on your card without clear consent. Even though the product doesn't work, their "30-day money-back guarantee" is a lie. They will ignore your refund requests or give you endless excuses to keep your money. This is a predatory company. Stay away!

The software does not work.
It completely failed to unlock the ZIP/RAR file.

Refund was refused.
Instead, they demanded my private personal file
or forced me to accept another product.

This is not how legitimate software companies operate.
Buyers should be very careful.

Great software, I couldn't remember a password I was using for an old excel file. This thing broke it open pretty quickly.

I'm very upset. I was looking up infovon how to unsubscribe. Accidentaly I pressed on a product. I was not signado in the acount but somehow the product was added as a purchase! This is totally unfair. And it's been so hard to get to unsubscribe! Do not recomiendo them!
