I purchased software from PassFab and requested a refund after being unsatisfied with the product.

Instead of processing my refund, their support team asked me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for an upgrade to their “Ultimate” version. This is an attempt to incentivize positive reviews, which is misleading and undermines trust in customer feedback.

When I declined and requested a refund again, my request was refused.

I have since escalated the matter through my bank.

I would advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, especially regarding their refund practices and how they handle customer concerns.

I’ve used PassFab multiple times to help friends and family regain access to Word documents they were locked out of and could no longer open. It has consistently done exactly what I needed it to do and saved a lot of time and frustration. Simple to use and effective when you’re stuck with a password-protected document. Support has been great as well

型が古く、しかもパスワードも判らないので捨てようとされていたノートPCですが、よみがえりました。用途は少し変りますがまだ十分利用できるPCとなりました。
このようなアプリがあり大変助かりました。

Great Product that does works. I have used other software products but they only find duplicates photos, not videos and other files. Aslo they are very responsive if there is an issue. They replied immediatelly despide the time difference. Highly Reccomended

Acabo de hacerles un pago por un servicio de quitar un passwort que no me dejaba entrar en Win 10.
Ya he solucionado este problema y no necesito mas de sus servicios.
Primero, me han mentido al decir en sus anuncios que era gratis esta pruebe.
Después al tratar de activarlo me ha dicho que tenía que pagar 24,19 €
Lo he pagado para solucionar mi problema.
Pero cual ha sido mi sorpresa al ver en la factura suscripciones mensuales que yo no he pedido.

Todo esto me suena a engaño y a estafa. Puede ser perfectamente denunciable y si no me contestan en los próximos días a mi E-mail lo haré.

Espero su confirmación de que ha sido un pago de una sola ves, nada de suscripciones mensuales.

I am delighted with my experience of PassFab, and of `PassFab for Word' in particular. I have been unable to get past the password for an old Word file, and have been very curious about why I couldn't open it with the password that I expected to work, and wondered what priceless treasures that file might contain. I tinkered with trying to guess the password, and all combinations, but was unsuccessful. I bought a month subscription to `PassFab', and within 24 hours it cracked the password for me, and I could open the file. Sadly no treasures - just routine content, but now I know that! I had contact with customer support, wishing to suggest what I thought I remembered of the password - I was wrong! Their customer service was very prompt, friendly and helpful. I achieved what I had set out to do, much faster than I had expected. `PassFab' will be my first port of call for any future such tasks, and I've noted the other software that they offer, of which I have great expectations. I'm grateful to PassFab and I recommend them enthusiastically to anyone who has the need I had. Many thanks!

They are fast with good service

product doesn't work, feel scammed, NEED REFUND or at least cancel my subscription

The PassFab software is wonderful. Works perfectly every time. Also, customer service is always friendly and helpful. Great company to work with!

Great tool that offers different features for a variety of devices. The tool set has a nice interface and very intuitive design that makes it easier to use. I was able to successfully remove a passcode on a Galaxy device. It was quick and simple. I’ll definitely recommend this tool.
