I find Passagio Cravatte ties are unique and beautiful. They remind me of my father’s most sublime collection of ties which he unfortunately discarded when he retired. If you are a tie enthusiast and you see something you like on their website, don’t hesitate. They are exquisitely made and the fabrics are lovely.

As for service, I have never had delivery issues and I live in Canada.

Update as of 5 March : package finally arrived , almost 3 months since placing the order . The packaging was poor and the ties were in need of a good and careful ironing to remove creases. I like the materials and colors and they are of good quality . However, it takes much more than a good product to make a customer happy.

Again, lovingly made, a beautiful item.

A wonderful purchase - the quality of the tie is second to none, extremely light. The experience has been great - was updated regularly.

Submitting a new review (as I said I would), once I received my products. The ties arrived today and the material is a beautiful as they were online when I purchased several months ago.

This time, I had a very unpleasant shopping experience in Passaggiocarvatte.

First, I placed the order on 2023/11/21, and then I received an email, saying that it would take 30 days for me to receive the product after placing the order, but there was no response after 30 days.
I sent an email via Passaggio to ask if I could get the scarf I ordered as soon as possible, but I didn't get any response. I thought it might be due to the Christmas and New Year holidays that the store might be closed, so I didn't respond until 2024/1/28 when I received an email from Trustpilot.

Asked to comment on the shopping experience, I remembered that it had been 65 days, but I had not received my goods at all, so of course I could not comment.

So I opened their official website, found their customer service contact email and sent an email to them, and finally got a response this time.

By the way, when their boss received the email, he said that he would check the order on the same day and get back to me on the same day.

I waited for a day but didn't get any response, so I emailed again the next day. Mr.Gianni, replied to me by email, telling me that they had made a mistake, saying that the scarf I ordered had not been finished due to defects in the printing, nor had it been sent out by express, and then gave me two options :
1. They have materials with the same pattern but different colors that can be re-made.
2. Browse their web re-choice

I thought, my God, if I forgot whether they will never remember having such an order, I have no choice but to choose another one and tell them that I hope to receive my goods before February 8 of the Chinese Lunar New Year.

During this period, I asked for a refund or I hope to receive my goods before February 8, 2024.

I think communication is a big problem. Mr.Gianni is neither willing to refund the money nor able to meet my request. Actually, my request is very simple, that is, I wanna receive my goods before February 8 (before the Chinese Lunar New Year), because I don't want to waste my time on this unpleasant shopping experience.

But Mr.Gianni is very interesting and selectively answers questions, never thinking that it is his problem.

I reminded him many times that February 8, 2024 is the Chinese Spring Festival, and all express delivery business will be suspended for 9 days. I hoped that he could arrange the delivery or refund earlier, but he ignored it or selected feedback my request.

After countless urging and waiting, he finally sent the Fedex on February 5th, saying that it would arrive in 3 days, but after the inquiry of Fedex website and customer service hotline, it was no surprise that I received the product on February 18th, that is to say, It took nearly 100 days to receive this product from the time of placing the order.

I ordered a scarf for winter use, but it was only received in spring, which is really ridiculous. Until today (2024/2/7) I still haven't received the goods, so I can't comment on the goods.

Be honestly ,this time service and purchasing experience is unacceptable and can not be understood. As for the quality of the goods, I will make comments after receiving them.

After missing the Christmas and New Year holiday, as well as the biggest Spring Festival holiday in China, I received my gift to myself ,I don't know how much meaning there is still exist.

A thoroughly wonderful experience from start to finish. The company offers splendid choices, and service is personal, responsive, and collaborative. It is splendid to return to an Old World way of doing business -- direct contact with the merchant/craftsman and exquisite handwork.

I purchased two ties from Gianni and I am thrilled with both. The fabric is beautiful, the quality and workmanship are excellent and Gianni was very good at communicating throughout the process. I plan on purchasing more in the future.

Firstly, as I see there have been a few reviews that have been less than generous, let me address those who want a mass produced product dispatched immediately; as Passaggio Cravatte’s site makes clear this is not for you.

This is fine craftsmanship producing beautiful and striking ties. If you value that then I would strongly recommend their products. I ordered two stunning ties which I’m very pleased with and are oft commented upon.

I wanted a tie that was unique. I managed to acquire a beautiful piece from vintage Valentino cloth, personalized with my initials. Delivered on time as described.
