Exceptional quality, truly handmade to order, and frequently unavailable anywhere else! Gianni is so very talented and humble, you really owe it to yourself to have one or more of his offerings!!

Ordered a piece of vintage cloth for a suit on the 20th of November. On the 15th of February, still no cloth, no refund, no answer to emails. On the other hand they are very productive on sending promotional emails. How hard and time consuming can it be to cut a cloth and ship it.

I am not saying it is a scam, but you would be better of if you would spend your money elsewhere if you want any chance to get them back.

Hands down for the craftmanship and service from Gianni from Passagio Cravette. I read some reviews about alledged delay in delivery. Bear in mind that Gianni makes everything by hand - upon receipt of order - and he alone, with help from his wife. You are ordering something very special, not fast fashion from Primark or Zara or something. Making special things by hand and delivering it internationally takes some time, you should acknowledge and respect that. If you have any special requests, I advise to contact Gianni on beforehand to explore possibilities and to manage expectations. That being said, Gianni always manages to exceed my expectations with his excellent craftmanship, service and responsivess to any questions / special requests I have. Gianni just nails it - every time. Thank you Gianni and wife, much appreciated!!

Placed an order on 11/4/24. Website says standard time for production and delivery to client is 40 days. It is 2/7/25. Merchandise has not been delivered; emails from the company admit it has not even been produced. Continually barraged with advertisements from this company, yet the owner's excuse is that he can't produce the merchandise because "it's only me and my wife Marta". I should have noticed the red flag on their website -- their statement not to inquire about the production date of orders.

This is fraudulent company !!! I Am ordered 2 ties start December 2024 and no ties no refund in this moment . Producer answered me the date 06.02.2025. Today we have MARCH 21. 2925 and no products , no information about REAL date of despatch or refund.

I will never order there again. If you say „can take up to 30 days to your doorstep“, then it describes the maximum time. Now over 60 days have passed and I get only belittling excuses when I ask for the status. If I even get answers - sometimes there is no response to my mails. But on the other hand, I get targeted on Social Media and by email almost on a daily basis to purchase more ties. Please finish the one I ordered first! As I do not trust this anymore, I started a reclaim via my credit card company today. For my tailor made ties, I am now a customer with Shibumi Firenze.

I have been waiting since October for a tie that was supposed to be given at Christmas.

It is february. Despite emails fromGianni and Camilla promising “next week”
And “no later than Monday “ no tie, no refund.

I don't know how they stay open.

Now: After a response from Gianni here on 2/8, still waiting on 2/16.

Update: The tie arrived by mail on 3/1. It is, frankly, perfect, and well worth the money. The wait, however is unacceptable. I got a bespoke suit with six fittings in less time.

An order placed was never fulfilled and no refund was given.

These are my husband's favorite ties. They are classic and fashionable. Very high quality.

Delivery was advertised as 30 days. It was three times this time and only after repeated follow up that my tie was dispatched. I know they are hand crafted by a husband/wife team blah blah blah, but Gianni, if it’s going to take three months to receive the tie, then just be honest about it up front.

Poor client experience. It should be made transparent that the delivery time is unusually long - ahead of the order!
Only after ordering AND payment you get the information that it may take up to 30 days…which already passed without any feedback. Yes, it may not be Amazon - but the least one can expect is an answer to emails / PMs on Instagram. Looking through the reviews, this appears not to be an exception…I was ready to order more as I really like the design, but I do not appreciate the way clients are treated. My credit card has been debited instantly, of course - but now since October one is ignored without any reaction on calls, emails, etc. Why not communicate in a transparent and respectful manner with clients ? Btw - I still have not received my order…

While the tie and your products look really amazing, mine took TWO months to arrive. And this after me sending emails and inquiring about it….
This was deeply disappointing and makes one wonder whether to come back again or go for another italian supplier

Order #10745 placed on 06-Oct-2024.
Still today, 05-Jan-2025, nothing is received.
Despite my several reminders Mr Gianni Cerutti does not respond.
I'm hearing in multiple forum that this seems to be a common practice.

I placed an order for a tie (#10609) on 19-Sep-2024.
After several reminders to Gianni Cerutti (Passaggio Cravatte) I only received the order on 20-Dec-2024 (3 months later. Note at the time you purchase they confirm the order will be delivered within 1 month).
Besides, the tie was shipped without any packing so it is received totally wrinkled!!

It took more than two months to receive my order. The tie I received is not lined which makes for a flimsy floppy tie. I'm totally dissatisfied with the service and the quality of the product!

I ordered ties before, and they were lined.
I like the ties I just received, but I thought they were going to be lined as I previously received. The knot does not lie correctly.

After months of reminding, the tie still not delivered. Many excuses haven used and many promises given but not a tie. Is this a fake site?

The ties arrived today, Friday, nearly 4 months after ordering them. I had almost given up and was close to claiming my money back from the bank, the deadline (4 months) for which is this Tuesday. In that time there has been disinformation, obfuscation, multiple excuses etc. I have had cars built in less time. It has been enormously frustrating to see advert after advert from the company when, imho, they should be busy making ties for existing customers ahead of touting for new business.
On the plus side, the ties are beautiful. They are in the material I requested, the size I wanted and with my initials, exactly as ordered. They look well made though I’m surprised they aren’t lined, probably the manufacturer will provide some special reason for that, literally all of my other ties (mostly but not exclusively Hermes) are lined.
I don’t buy Hermes ties these days because the fashion is for narrow ties, which I don’t find very ‘classy’. (Apologies to those of you who do, but it’s my opinion.)
So there are plenty of positives, though the absence of lining is disappointing and the unreasonable delay super-annoying.
Would I order more ties? Maybe. But only if the reviews start improving (they have nosedived in recent months) and the delays significantly reduced.
All in all it has not been a happy experience, but I do at least like the ties.

I ordered 3 ties at the start of October 2024. I understood they would arrive within 30 days. Shortly after my order I received a message saying, because were ordered in October, they would be sent out by the end of November.
In other words, closer to 60 days, not 30.
Towards the end of November, having heard nothing, I queried when they would be sent. A return message said they were in the next batch to be posted!
A week into December, again having heard nothing, I requested a further update.
Again, I was informed they would be sent in the next batch!
It’s now 17th December, 2.5 months after my order, and still no ties. In the meantime I have seen advert after advert, on a daily basis, offering his wares.
I am absolutely out of patience. I am left wondering if it’s just an elaborate scam.
My advice to you all?
Avoid this company at ALL COSTS.
