I have three outboard motors
I have three outboard motors. A 9.9 a 20hp and a 150hp. I order all three oil change kits at a great price. The delivery time is really good. So I can service my engines and go fishing for the season. Definitely will continue doing business with Partsvu.

We understand why you expected the item to ship immediately based on how it appeared at the time of purchase, and we are sorry for any misunderstanding that caused. In this case, we did send you an email the same day to notify you that the part needed to be allocated before it could ship.
Once the item was released, it shipped promptly. Transit from Florida to Washington took approximately 3 business days, which is faster than UPS Ground delivery timeframes for that distance. While we understand it may have felt longer, the total timeline from order to delivery was about 6 business days.
We truly do our best to keep customers informed as inventory situations change, and we regret any inconvenience this caused. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to clarify what occurred.

Nice selection of parts and materials. Good pricing, discounts for military/veterans was a bonus. One item showed in stock but was backordered for three weeks, but it was easy to cancel and get refunded for that. Very nice people to work with, shipping was fast as well.

I’m giving my experience a 1.. The price for the items I ordered was great and, I also received a First Responder discount.. However, I received an email advising me that I had to pay an additional $173 to have the items shipped due to the size and weight of the boxes.. I called to ask additional questions and was told the same story..I canceled my order..I was able to get the same items through a competitor for the same price and there was NO ADDITIONAL FREIGHT..In fact, one box weighed 12 LBS and the other box weighed 24 LBS. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the up charge and lack of candor..The excuse for additional payment was read verbatim from your website small print..
