The ease of finding this part was really easy to find on this website. The description was spot on I give that a 5 stars. I give one star to how it was packaged. Because it arrived damaged with lack of packaging around the product caused it to get damaged during shipping.Spoke to parts IPS and they were able to get me a full refund. So even though the experience was bad, the result was positive. I would purchase from them again

It was the correct part and received it fast. Refrigerator dispensing ice. I am glad I purchased the whole bin with the dispenser installed. Looks complicated pulling out old one and installing new.

Direct replacement, only theirs works.

Ordered a HVAC hard to find fan motor at 7pm est on a Friday and received it by noon on Monday in a small town in Colorado via their normal shipping policy. The price was great for this OEM part. Initially, FedEx said it would be here by Tuesday. And it was packed so well. I can't thank them enough.

Do NOT order from IPS! Horrific customer service & draconian return policy.

$60 part arrived in a timely manner, but it was incorrect (despite confirmation otherwise before ordering, but okay).

Part unopened/unused for return, but they levy 20% "restocking fee." This means I paid to ship to my home, then another $30 to ship it back; deduct the BS 20% "restocking fee" for a literal small door handle, and I will end up recouping $28 of what was a total of $82 upon initial purchase, even though they will have a brand new, unused/unopened part to resell. (*Actually, I've not gotten the partial refund yet, and honestly, don't trust it will happen.)

SO many other options out there. I ordered a new part elsewhere and it fit perfectly with zero hassle.

Lesson learned.

UPDATE:

*As of July 6, I have still not been refunded. My tracking # confirms they received it well over a week ago. These guys are scammers.

I placed my order on 5/26/27 for a left side guard rail for my freezer. They sent my order FedEx ground. I received an email on 5/27/26 that my payment was successful and my package has shipped. As of 6/4/26 I haven’t received my package because it stuck in Bridgeport Pa. and it can’t be delivered because there are no contents in the box and they won’t deliver it. I emailed customer service twice with no response and called twice with no response. Customer Service won’t answer the phone and they make you leave a voicemail which I left 2. You want to know how you did well you did horribly! I hope this was an honest mistake and not a scam but I’m starting to believe scam because I can’t get in touch with a person to rectify my problem. I’m sorry I ordered from this company.

The part was delivered quite quickly and was a perfect replacement for a malfunctioning piece. I was a bit uncomfortable with the sticker shock but compared to other suppliers they were competitive in their price.

They advertise “most orders delivered within 1-3 business days”. My part showed in stock on the product page and took 14 days to arrive (this was with me paying extra for 2-day shipping)

Delivery was extremely fast and the part was exactly what I needed.

Wrong parts were shipped (for a completely different brand of freezer). Company paid for return shipping and refunded entire cost. Never got my part, but the only thing lost was the time spent on the emails and trip to FedX.

Part was accurate. Pictures were extremely helpful and shipping was fast. Thank you.
