Had my part delivered in the time slot that I was told. Got it in and praying it fixes my issues 😊 so far so good

Your listing and chat photos show blower motor with white OEM-style squirrel cage.
Part shipped: Four Seasons 76966 with smaller diameter black cage and different fin angle.Motor was also poorly shipped in a cardboard box with a cardboard support that did nothing to support the motor squirrel cage. This box was put into a larger box with no support so the inner box holding the motor would bounce around during shipping. Poor shipping protection for the motor.

I was lied too , told that I should have gotten a hold of part avatar before return parts but it doesn’t say that any where on your web site I printed of two mailings slips because the web site would not allow me to put the two parts on one order then I was told that the parts were received after the closing date but I was able to print the mailing slip of the computer which does makes sense because why would your web site generate a mailing slip for a part that you were accepting if that was the case then no one would get there money back once someone prints the mailing slip that means parts avatar is going to take the part back and return the money. I even said that I can’t go on your web site and record everything I did to show that I could put more than one part on the same return order but I got no response about that. I clicked on the section and his to return something and did what your web site said and I was still to blame which isn’t right. Also I ask to be shown were in your return policy it’s say to contact parts avatar first which I was never shown but told I should have done that

They sent me a defective wheel cylinder and then claimed they couldn’t help me as they couldn’t find the emails I sent showing video of defective part. Horrible customer service. I think this may be a tactic to get the customer to give up as how can a company claim they didn’t get an email? They will respond to your emails but say they can’t locate the ones with proof of damage.

Process of ordering was smooth and the product are genuine and price is more affordable than amazon

price is competitive but much higher now than before covid19. a lot of parts are much cheaper on amazon. i shop both sites and buy the cheapest

Decent prices, free shipping (through CanPost), and parts selection has been mostly accurate over 15 or so orders.

It was the correct part and quick delivery.

Placed an order incorrectly and within minutes, I try to change it without any luck so I tried to cancel it without any luck so I tried to contact somebody there without any luck. Just got several.AI sending me tons of stuff for deals from them. I spent hours trying to change or cancel. I tried their phone number which seemed to be a scam because they said the phone number has changed and I would have to pay to get the new phone number. Does that make any sense? I went on their site to follow the customer service return policy with zero response from them.

I mistakenly ordered 2 filters and a pvc hose. I was on rock auto when this happened , somehow I was hijacked to their site. After I noticed the error contacted them and tried explaining the issue to AI finally gave up , parts were cheap so I really did not care. I received the order and found out that they not only repeated the order but charged me twice for the same items. Tried to contact again, once again got AI which sent me to a link for returns. First instruction was to enter my account for a return label or something. I don't have an account was first time using them. Will continue trying to contact a live person and get my money back. Until then will keep writing negative revues
