Partridge Mortgage Services Anmeldelser

Partridge Mortgage Services were great through the whole house buying process, especially as it was my first time. David was very helpful in answering all my questions and explaining all the documents; and everyone else that I had contact with were great in keeping me informed and making sure that everything was all sorted for when I completed. I would definitely recommend Partridge Mortgage Services.

Danielle has been wonderful and shared all of her knowledge and experience making me feel comfortable and confident in the mortgage process as a first time buyer. A massive thank you.

Isabelle sorted me out, explained everything very well and made the entire thing very easy at a very stressful time being a first time buyer.

Isabelle has been so helpful in explaining all the ins and outs of mortgage application to me. I had been through an application before but never understood it in so much detail. She has been patient, kind and flexible, and really put me at ease so far in this process. Thank you!

The customer service was exceptional, and Isabelle went above and beyond to ensure I had a positive mortgage experience. I am delighted to have worked with her and her team. The ample information provided enabled me to make informed decisions, resulting in a memorable journey so far.

I’ve been looked after by Isabelle Kelly and it has been great to be in contact with. She has provided me with regular updates and spent lots of time answering all my questions as a first time buyer. Overall she has been amazing to work with and is an asset to the team.

Amazing Service!
Scott was fantastic, great knowledge and advice. The process was made really smooth and easy as all of the investigation work had been done in the background prior to our meeting. Great service and hassle free!

Scott was amazing and very helpful, he took us step by step throughout the whole mortgage process and was very knowledgeable about the best mortgage for us. Especially as first time buyers Scott made things very clear and simple I couldn’t recommend more.

I received my mortgage offer after using PMS after only making contact a couple of weeks prior on a new build property. Their service was professional, swift and easy. I would highly recommend their services and will no doubt be back again in the future! Special thanks to Julia & Connor.

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and cannot fault the service we have been provided so far. We initially spoke with Julian who was very helpful and managed to secure us some incentives with the developer which is greatly appreciated. Isabelle was then assigned as our mortgage advisor and has been so knowledgable, supportive and reassuring. We could not have asked for anyone better to guide us through the process as first time buyers and have no doubt that this level of service will continue through to completion of our new build in the summer. Thank you!

Julia made our experience so smooth and stress free. She was extremely efficient, lovely to talk to, with great communication via email and phone. Couldn't be happier with our experience, highly recommend!

When we first spoke with Isabelle and we were told to leave it to her and her colleagues, and they would have everything under control. I was thinking, l'll believe it when I see it".
I can honestly say to anyone who reads this comment, partridge mortgage broker is the best by far. We received a really good mortgage deal. They said, and they delivered. We were updated every couple of days with the process of the application. Isabelle, Ashlee, Jordan, and Steve have all been amazing. Thank you to you all, and thank you to Partridge Mortgage broker as a team. You are a fantastic team. We will definitely use you for our mortgage renewal 🙂.

Thank you so much to Isabelle, Ashlee, Jordan and the whole team for sorting out our mortgage. We are so happy and could not thank you all so much enough.

Fantastic and hassle free service provided to us, really appreciated.

We are very grateful to David and his team for all the help and guidance! From the very start, David was very optimistic which gave us much confidence that it was all possible! He reassured us every time we had doubts, answered all our questions including the silliest ones, and guided us from day one up until now. They are all very efficient and professional! The process was smooth and David explained everything to us thoroughly. We couldn’t have done it without David and his team! We are very pleased with their service and commitment to their work.

We could not be happier that we chose Partridge Mortgage Services to support us with our first time buy. We have had excellent customer service right from the beginning. Scott has not only given us knowledge and education on applying for a mortgage, he's always only been an email away to quickly answer my many questions and keep us up to date with our application. It has been such an easy experience supported by this company and we could not be anymore grateful for the help so far. The whole process has been much quicker than expected and so far we are pleased with the outcome. Thank you all for your great work as a company, especially Scott for all the time you have dedicated to helping us secure our first home.

Our experience with Partridge Mortgages has been great! A big shout out to everyone on the team - Ashlee, Isabelle, Scott, and Tihanna - for doing a fantastic job with our mortgage and protection covers!
