Easy to use website with the lowest prices for airport parking.

I had to do my reservation three times before I got a confirmation. I may have missed something but there was no indication of that. I even sent you an email because your phone hours ar only 9-5, insufficient for a business like yours. Your on site parking experience is first rate however.

I was very happy with the service. From now on I will always use them. They picked me up at my truck dropped me off at the door of the airport and dropped me back off at my truck.

This is relative to the ease of their website and the price of their parking!!
Will rate again when we return from our trip.

We did not receive a confirmation email for a reservation instead we got a thank you email for reserving. We’re cancelled reservation on the way to the airport. I was given a phone no. by another park lot but park & ride doesn’t take any call just to send an email. Bad business

I've always used Expresso in the past but found a better deal through you and AARP. Everything worked out well. Parking readily available, drop off prompt, and pick up was sitting there when we arrived. Drivers were courteous and I couldn't be more pleased.

Easy to use. But does not retain some info on account. I always have to enter my AARP info. Even when I access through the AARP app. Other than that, we appreciate the convenience to reserve parking using Park Ride Fly USA.

Purchased my reservation online. When I parked, I waited by my car for 15 minutes and saw several buses drive by but never down my row to pick me up. I called to see whether I needed to wait by my car or if I needed to go somewhere else. They asked for my number and said someone would come. Another 30 minutes later, I still had not been picked up. At this point my flight was going to be boarded in 40 minutes. I was very frustrated and called again. They sent someone in 10 minutes and THANKFULLY, he drove me straight to the airport and I was able to board just in time.

I do appreciate that they were accommodating, but do wish they had been a little more considerate of my time. ESPECIALLY, with things like non-refundable flights.

I’d suggest coming 2.5 hours early if you’re using park & fly.

Excellent service. As soon as we pulled in the shuttle pulled up and the staff answered all our questions and took us straight to the airport. Very friendly and helpful.

I've been a long time user of ParkRideFlyUSA, and have never had an issue or complaint about its service.

Is the most easy experience I ever had leaving my car to fly . Will use it again ..soon!!!

Easy online reservations and fast pickup at the airport shuttle island. Most importantly, outstanding customer service. My printer ran out of ink and didn't print the barcode clearly enough for the parking lot scanner to read. Shuttle driver advised, since I had a partial reservation printout, to pull a parking ticket, board the airport shuttle and proceed to airport. He gave me additional instructions to follow upon my return. When I returned, I spoke to an attendant on the intercom, who verified my pre-paid reservation information as well as the parking lot ticket number, which resolved having to pay parking twice. Advance reservations is the way to go!!! i strongly recommend this airport parking company.

The price was great, however, upon leaving the facility, it was very difficult to check out. The bar code provided would not scan for the cashier from the phone. Not sure if the experience would have been different if I had printed the email.
