Love using Park Ride Fly because I know my car will be safe and secure.

Great lot parking overall; the attendant was wonderful upon our arrival and departure after we returned from our trip. My only complaint is the shuttle driver - he drove a bit too fast on the way back from the airport taking us to our vehicles ; tossing us around in the shuttle.

This was my second time reserving on line. It was fairly easy. Will probably even easier once I become more experienced.

The service has on time and the driver took me right to my vehicle in a timely fashion.

They provided a great service. The only complaint I have is that I was not aware of the drop off location at terminal one. I thought that we were going to be dropped off in departures. It was quite a long distance between our drop off and the actual departure area in the main terminal.

I was able to book my car for storage with no problem. This isn’t my first time and surely won’t be my last. Thank you for making it easy for me to navigate.

Everyone was super helpful from arrival to leaving the lot. I had a ticket from a 3rd party reservation so the code wouldn't scan. A man was super helpful and kind and helped me get in the lot. When leaving, I had misplaced the code that he gave me and the woman checking me out was super helpful and kind as well. The drivers were also very positive and helpful. Thank you for helping a stressful day be less stressful.

Everything was fine until my sister booked her reservation on the same site five minutes after me for the exact same dates and times and got a lower rate. Did not realize that this was a third party booking site until I contacted the company to question the pricing difference.

I never received a whole copy of my receipt confirmation. I only got a partial and could not print. You never sent to my phone or text. Guess I've been swamped and will report.

They said they would pick up at the airport. What they didn't tell me at the desk is that you have to take the rental car shuttle to Lot F, and then wait for 30 minutes before someone comes and picks you up. Then you have to wait at their desk for 25 more minutes. It added an hour and half to the end of the trip. I won't be using them again.

Although my trip to Florida was cancelled, your company was quick to credit my credit card account. I shall be using your company in the future whenever I have an early morning flight.
