Their App is the ABSOLUTE WORST
I have not ever had a problem with the parking service at Park and Fly, however their app is the absolute worst…basicly non functioning on iPads and an iPhone. It has been very poor for a long time. For this reason and the multiple reviews regarding damage to cars while in their custody and taking no responsibility, I am looking for better, safer alternatives at Toronto Pearson.
Car Destroyed at Park N Fly in Vancouver
As a very regular user of Park N Fly at YVR, I had my 2020 Honda CRV parked there in December 2025 as we were out of the country on vacation. I assumed that my car would be taken care of and protected. Upon returning a week later, I was horrified to find my car absolutely destroyed on the driver side. The on shift manager apologized and explained that an EVO driver had smashed into my parked car. 3 months later, having to deal with ICBC and in excess of $20,000 in damages, I finally have my car back. It’s worth noting that NOT A SINGLE PERSON from Park N Fly has ever contacted me to apologize. If you think that your car is protected in a secure lot, think again! I will never use them again and will instead park in the regular long term parking at YVR.
Great experience with an unfortunate incident
We used valet when we went to Cuba. Came back and was informed that our car had been flooded in the parking lot they kept it in while we were away. Apparently with all the storms between Christmas and New Year's, the drain in the lot got plugged. We were unable to drive our car home. The manager on duty, Chevy, was very sympathetic and had a rental car lined up for us to get home. They allowed us to keep the rental car until we were able to settle with insurance. Unfortunately, our car was a write off. The service we got from all Park n fly staff was amazing! They went above and beyond to make this unfortunate incident more bearable. They paid our deductible as well. Thank you so much for the care you handled our claim with.
Do a walk around - NO MATTER WHAT.
When I arrived at the facility at 2AM my vehicle was parked in a very dark and unsafe area. I immediately enetered my vehicle and drove home. When I arrived home I discovered the passenger side of my vehicle had been severely damanged. Park N Fly denied it happened in their facility yet paid my deductible.
I recommend walking around your vehicle anytime you use their facility but be prepared for push back if anything is wrong. I suggest walking into the facility and have them escort you to your car no matter where it is parked becuase they don't seem to take security of their guests seriously.
⭐☆☆☆☆ Review
⭐☆☆☆☆ Review – English
I used Park’N Fly valet service from November 20 to December 7, 2025. When I picked up my vehicle, everything seemed fine, but once I arrived home, I noticed damage to the rear driver-side door.
What is most frustrating is that no one informed me of the damage. There was no note, no explanation, and no transparency. For a valet service, this is unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
I am sharing this review to warn other customers: make sure to carefully inspect your vehicle before leaving, as Park’N Fly does not notify customers when damage occurs.
Very disappointed with the service.
Terrible Service That Cost Us Our Flight and $1,600
I had an absolutely unacceptable experience with Park’n Fly this morning, and I feel compelled to warn others.
I followed the instructions provided in the app exactly: park the vehicle and wait for the shuttle. Despite doing so, three shuttles drove right past us without stopping. I stood outside and waved at the fourth shuttle—again, no response. The fifth shuttle only stopped after I flashed my high beams repeatedly just to get the driver’s attention. By the time we were finally picked up, it was already too late.
Because of this failure, we missed our flight, which triggered a cascade of additional problems: missed car rentals and a ski reservation that now has to be rescheduled. These changes will cost $400 per person, and there are four of us, totaling $1,600 in unexpected expenses—all of which could have been avoided with basic reliability.
What made the situation even worse was the response from management. When I spoke with the supervisor on duty, I was met with complete indifference. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or financial loss, and no attempt to resolve the situation. I was simply handed a ticket to retrieve my car and dismissed.
This experience was stressful, costly, and deeply frustrating. The lack of accountability and customer care is astonishing. I will never use Park’n Fly again, and I will be sharing this experience so others can make an informed decision before trusting this company with something as critical as catching a flight.
Park’n Fly lost a customer today—not just because of poor service, but because of the complete lack of concern shown by their staff.
Winnipeg Park n Fly
This review is in reference to the Winnipeg location. I assumed valet indoor parking meant my vehicle would be parked indoors. Not only was it parked outside for the week, it was parked in a path for the snow plow to toss gravel and sand all over my vehicle. The staff at this location feel this is acceptable to hand over the vehicle to the owner in that condition and I’m not exaggerating my vehicle was covered in gravel and sand! After a day of travel I had to find a car wash before going home, not exactly what anyone plans to do after holidays. With this location having the ability to at least wash off the gravel before I seen the disaster they brought to me shows the lack of regard and plain old laziness at this location.
I was told by management indoor valet means the driver and their luggage not necessarily the vehicle!?! Management offered me a couple free days of parking on my next reservation.
Lol joke is on me.
Don’t even think of parking here. Next holiday my vehicle will be parked at the airport parkade knowing my vehicle will be outside but at least shouldn’t be close to a snow plow.
After giving a good review early…
After giving a good review early November with one isolated not so pleasant experience with one staff member, the owner asked me to please ease my mind by emailing direcrtly with copies of my receipts.
I did that (mid NOVEMBER). I received nothing back and then re-sent it a couple of days later and still not a word back.
I am seeing the owner wants to appear that they care by saying to me (and a few others with bad experiences) that we email directly to make good.... but then does not respond ! Just add that to our negative experiences.
Feeling disappointed.
Untrustworthy Company
"I had a three day jaunt booked, leaving Nov. 1 and returning Nov 3. Most people I know have abandoned Park n Fly because Uber or Lyft are cheaper. For this trip however I booked with Park n Fly because the cost was cheaper than the return fare for Uber or Lyft. The reservation was saved in my app and was around $49. Imagine my surprise when I went to pick up my car and was charged $83.54. The smug agent with a satisfied smirk on her face informed me that I had stayed an extra day so I got charged and additional 57%. Apparently the cost to park for one day costs over $30. Uber or Lyft would definitely been cheaper. I did not stay an extra day and when I went to pull up the reservation on the app to prove this, guess what? It had been deleted and not by me. The agent did nothing to help and instead just smirked because she knew, no matter what the cost, I would have to pay to get my car. How convenient for Park n Fly that I had no proof of the reservation. So, between waiting forever for the shuttle to pick me up from the airport, not for the first time, and finding, again, not for the first time, the reservation price meant nothing, I am done with Park n Fly."
We left our car at valet parking…
We left our car at valet parking airport rd from 18th to 25.We had a voucher from CAA in Simcoe for $77.The initial cost was $186.99 voucher off and they charged us for an extra day.Our flight was on time and wait was about 20 min for them to pick us up.Our total for 1 wk was $162.65 .DO NOT USE these scammers unless you are okay being ripped off.CAA says nothing to do with them even though they gave us the voucher and their signs are all over where you leave your car.Lovely Holliday too bad get home and have stress.
Management advised they expected vehicles to be damaged or stolen
My partner and I left our truck at a park and fly in Toronto and upon returned, our tunnel cover had been removed, our window was cracked and our side mirror damaged. I took photos and reached out. After a month of waiting for a response and a follow-up email I was sent a picture of another vehicle stating it must have been the wind. I enquired how wind could damage my mirror and windshield but was told "prove it". The manager I spoke to advised only the gate is monitored and they do not monitor the rest of the lot. They advised they never provide refunds and expect vehicles to be damaged or stolen. They advised they had the same truck stolen just a week ago, no big deal! Would not recommend.
Park my car in park and fly montreal…
Park my car in park and fly montreal came back from a 2 weeks trip and no car it was stolen from the lot. Worst part they are telling me that after looking at the security cameras my car never enter or exit the lot I drove almost 2 hours from Ottawa to Montreal to park there....came back from the trip at 3:40 pm tired after almost 20 hours of flying ready to drive back home and the experience left me drain finally after hours of police and running up and down the lot I was back home at 3:30 am no car.
Should be called Park'N Pray (that your car doesn't get broken into)
WARNING: Parked the car for 7 days and came back to find that it had been broken into.
Was told multiple times over the phone and email that once all the information is submitted, they will review. After collecting over a dozen images/video and writing out the whole incident, I get the following legalize (copied from their response):
Parking Contract
CHARGES ARE FOR THE USE OF PARKING SPACE ONLY. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR IT'S CONTENTS HOWEVER CAUSED.
BY LEAVING YOUR VEHICLE WITH US YOU AUTHORIZE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER THE VEHICLE TO AND FROM SAID PARKING SPACE WITHOUT RESPONSIBILITY TO US FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE TO THE VEHICLE OR IT'S CONTENTS HOWEVER CAUSED.
AT OUR VALET LOCATIONS WE MAY PARK YOUR VEHICLE AT ANY ONE OF OUR OFF SHITE LOTS.
They clearly no intention of compensating for damages to the car that occurred on their property. Why pretend and ask for all the details? What a waste of time.
Terrible company.
I can't say how bad this service is…
I can't say how bad this service is enough. I did the Valet, thinking it would be better...wrong. Used the app, (which is terrible) drove in and the guy said." Your good get on the bus. Came back and the truck wasn't even registered. agent at the desk said, "they only take your cars they don't know what's going on". (me) Are you telling me that they guys who take your keys don't know he process? she said "yes". What the...!!
BTW. whom ever is running this company or created this process should not be. How can you offer a service and not tell your employee's the process. Its a fundamental part of the Service. Holy cow.. We bring you our cars, you park it, we drive it home....how hard can it be. !! waited for 25 mins for my truck....
BTW. On the bus ride back to Park & Fly. the Full bus could hear the CB radio full blast. Drivers were complaining about taking a break and working to much. You can't make this stuff up....so comical. Again, goes to management inability to run a business.

Honestly
Honestly, when you call somewhere and ask for quotes to talk to a human, why is it they tell you to go deal with it online? When you're calling to say I'd like to talk to a person. Why is it so complicated for this day and age to talk to a person to help them instead of telling them go online? Well that's the problem sir. I don't want to go online
Great experience
Great experience
The valet parking was very convenient and when came back my car was ready and super clean
Appreciate Park’n fly
I have to say that the service was great
I have to say that with any service like ParknFly, it is always the final experience that matters. In our case, we arrived at TO airport after a delayed flight. The weather was cold, and we were somewhat dressed and cold. Driven to the car in the self-park/valet service. Went to get in the car, and Zerro, Nadda. We called ParknFly, and Sim, a courtesy person, came to our rescue. While we did not know what to do, the keys would not manually open the door. The area supervisor came and was able to open the door. Put the key in the ignition, and nothing. They opened the hood and had a battery unit hooked up and it started.
We cannot thank you enough for the terrific service and for being human.
Awful experience with Self Park at the…
Awful experience with Self Park at the airport. I waited over 30 minutes and tried calling for assistance, but no one answered the phone. During this time, five shuttles went by for self-park customers, but none for the economy. I asked a shuttle driver, Usman, for help, and he rudely told me to 'get out of my face and shut the shuttle door. He said it wasn’t his job to assist me. The service was terrible, and there was no proper system in place for economy customers. This was my first and last time using this company.
It is totally ridiculous.
Never ever will park there.
Shuttle service
I had come to park my vehicle for 3 days and while departing for my trip it went smoothly but when I came back, I was treated very poorly by the shuttle driver. While waiting to board the gentleman said to show “paper”, I said which paper, so I pulled my phone out and showed my reservation number. Then the driver said “no the paper you get”, so I said “sir what paper I don’t have any paper they never give any paper to me” then the driver said “get out of my bus” and I said “excuse me, I have my car parked at the park and fly” then he said “I remember you, I gave you a paper and dropped you off”, but the driver was so excited to say even though he was not we had a female lady drive us from the parking to the airport. So I asked the driver “what day did you drop me off” and he showed a finger and walked away”. I hope park and fly reaches out to this matter with me… as talking with other people around they stated his health does not look okay to drive and perhaps may not be fit to drive.
Lost luggage? No problem.
Dropped off our vehicle at the valet location on Airport Rd at Pearson in Toronto. Upon our return from Europe we forgot to place a carryon piece of luggage into our car. A quick call to Park 'N Fly customer service (yes they answered the phone at 3:30 am!) confirmed that the luggage indeed had been placed in the lost and found department. We were able to retrieve said piece the next day. Staff were happy to serve.....I will always use their services on future flights out of Toronto.
