Excellent experience
Ive used this company many times in the past and admit the service varies from excellent and not so good but my recent experience has made me feel that I will use them again. My spare key blade accidentally dropped somewhere when passing the car over to staff. The staff retraced their steps and amazingly found the blade and personally delivered it to my home address over an 1 hour away which I found to be an exceptional service. I will be using their services again. Thank you

I cancelled our airport parking booking within the cancellation timeframe due to our flight being cancelled and eventually received an email back advising that they would refund the booking.
Weeks later, I have still not received my refund and the company ignores all emails.
I have had to raise a dispute with my credit card company.
When you call the only telephone number listed for the company, one of the meet & greet drivers answers and explains there is no way to contact admin or anyone that can help - simply told to call the same number via WhatsApp, but these calls have never been answered.
You get what you pay for - my advice would be to use a reputable company and save yourself the hassle.
Fortunately, I never had to rely on this company to handle my airport parking in the end - I can only imagine the type of service they offer if this experience is anything to go by.
Do not use
I booked meet-and-greet parking at Heathrow through SkyParkSecure, and my booking was fulfilled by a company called Kwik Park.
A couple of weeks after returning home, I received a parking fine for my car being in a local car park at a time when I was actually on a plane — before I had even landed back in the UK.
I contacted SkyParkSecure, who told me they are only a third party and that I needed to deal directly with Kwik Park. I then called Kwik Park, and the representative asked me to text over the fine notice so they could get it cancelled. I did this and received a reply confirming that the fine had been taken care of.
However, I have now received another letter demanding £100, and the appeal window has already closed — meaning I cannot even dispute it directly with ParkingEye.
I have tried contacting all parties involved again, but I am struggling to get any response or resolution. There are no clear escalation routes or alternative contact options, which is extremely frustrating.
This situation has caused me a huge amount of stress — I’ve lost sleep over it and feel physically unwell from the anxiety. The letter is now threatening court action for something I did not do. I paid for a service in good faith, and this is simply not acceptable.
I would strongly advise others not to use this service.

They were professional and friendly and supported us through being stuck on holiday due to the flight restrictions.
I would only recommend a company booked through the official airport channels.

Before booking your car park services I hadn't used any car parking in Heathrow before and had heard very mixed reports for most car parking services in Heathrow with not so great feedback - so was really apprehensive.
Having used your service and I found it easy to contact you on arrival, the process worked well and was smooth. Then we had the issues with cancelled flights which was a concern however you always replied in a reasonable time and made the process of extending the car parking and then shortening and a refund so easy as well as the pick up. The people collecting and dropping off were all friendly and guiding.
The whole customer experience was great, reasonably priced and I would definitely use and recommend your service in future. Thank you
I had a very smooth experience
I had a very smooth experience with KwikPark and would happily use their service again.
Before arriving, I called about 30 minutes in advance, and the driver, Mr. Nadeem, was already there waiting for me. He was very polite and helpful. As per the rules, he asked me to pay £8, which I did. I also checked my car and recorded a video for my own peace of mind, and he kindly reassured me that everything was fine before I handed over the keys.
On my return, I contacted KwikPark once after landing and again after collecting my luggage. By the time I reached, my car was already there — in fact, it had been waiting for nearly an hour, which I really appreciated.
At the terminal, I was asked to pay £15.50, I contacted KwikPark, and they responded promptly. After I shared my ticket with them, they refunded £7.50 without any hassle, which shows their honesty and good customer service.
Overall, the service was exactly as expected — no delays, very responsive via phone and WhatsApp, and professional throughout.

Honestly if you’re the king of person who wants a peace of mind that your car will be taken care of, DO NOT USE these people. Damaged our vehicle and said sorry as per their terms and conditions any damage caused whilst under their care is not included. SCAM ARTISTS!

We used this company. We have received a Ulez charge of £90 as they most of used the car the day before we came back and unfortunately as we can’t prove they didn’t have permission we have had to pay the £90 or we can go to court and as we live in Wales doesn’t seem viable. Avoid at all costs.
Shocking
Shocking. They did not know what was happening. Got sent a parking ticket even though I paid as I left the car park with the ticket I was given. Received fine which they said they would clear twice. They never did. I ended up paying an additional £170 to stop supreme court ruling. Would never use again.
I was waiting at T2 Level 4 parking…
I was waiting at T2 Level 4 parking more than 10 minutes to pick up the car and 30 minutes on the return. In addition they asked to pay the ticket for the short term parking extra. In summary: you need more time, get poorer service and pay more that for marple parking. I'll not use them again.
Avoid
I've used them twice in a month and on both occasions the service was poor. I had to wait 20 mins for the car to be collected the first time and then when picking up most recently it took nearly 90 minutes from my first call to them to the car arriving at the terminal. When it did arrive, it was filthy. I wouldn't even say they were good value as the price doesn't include the £16 in parking fees required to access the drop off. I won't be using them again.
Waited as long as my journey home
I landed at 7:10am and contacted Kwik Parks and informed them of my arrival. I then contacted them again 20 minutes later to confirm I had collected my luggage. But it was another hour before my car arrived. Considering I only live an hour away, to spend just as long for the car is unacceptable. I won’t be using Kwik Parks again.

Lots of waiting around slow to collect the car and drop it back to us upon our return even though we followed the instructions both when dropping off and collecting. Wouldn’t use again far too slow the other vendors operating in the area even mock this company calling them not so kwik Park.
I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received when leaving my car with your company at Heathrow Airport.
I arranged to collect my car at 8:30am after landing. I called customer service as soon as I landed at 8:00am and was assured that my car would be ready for collection at 8:30am. After collecting all my luggage, I called again at exactly 8:30am and was told to make my way to the exit as the driver would be arriving shortly with my vehicle.
I waited outside in the cold for 10–20 minutes before calling again. I then spoke to someone named Maxi, who told me the car was not ready and that I needed to continue waiting. After another 20 minutes passed with no update, I called again. During this call, Maxi was extremely rude and told me that if I wanted to “fly” I should go ahead and fly and collect the car myself. He then hung up on me.
My wife and 10-month-old baby were also waiting outside in the cold during this entire time. As a result, my baby has since developed a cold. This situation was completely avoidable and caused unnecessary stress and discomfort for my family.
In total, I received my car over an hour later than the agreed collection time. The lack of organisation, poor communication, and unacceptable customer service — especially the rude behaviour and hanging up — are completely unacceptable.
I am very upset about this experience and intend to take this matter further by raising a complaint first.
Awful company
Awful company. Avoid at all costs.
They made us wait 45 minutes to drop our car leading us to nearly miss our flight. We landed one hour ago and we are still waiting! The man on the phone takes ages to answer and then isn’t apologetic and keeps saying it’s on the way. And it’s out fault as we didn’t tell them a flight number. We called twice as advised! Appalling service.

They parked my car and I was issued with a parking ticket as the owner
I called the company who have admitted they had the car and they would clear the fine.
Over three months despite owning responsibility they have not spoken with rhe company issuing the fine.
I now have a Court summons and will take legal action against Kwik Park and mr Zubair Ahmed the business owner.
Worst parking service
Delay in picking up my car when arrived to terminal, almost lost my flight. When came back I called them when landed and I had to pay 15.5£ because they brought the car in too early, also the car was very dirty.

When you ring they say, 15 mins. Then again, 10 mins, then 5 mins then 2 mins all while being an hour wait.
Do not use, pay a few £ extra to avoid hassle when arriving.

I’ve used these guys twice now, rang when requested and never waited longer than 5 mins. Great service and great price.
