I will not be using this company or recommending them to anyone. I had a flat tire upon returning from vacation that they did inflate. However were not clear that the air compressor used was from my trunk. Despite being asked twice, so they removed the compressor and I went on my way. Only to discover once removing the luggage from my car that it was mine. Staff were asked this, but were unclear. Out $40 to buy a new one. Only offer from the company was to return there and collect it! From 100 km away. Nope.

I used ParkForU last April and my car was stolen from their lot, which is supposedly very secure. They promised me to pick me up when I returned and also pay my deductible on my insurance. I have never heard a word from them even though my lawyer sent them several letters. I would never use them again and of course never recommend them. It is cheaper to hire a car to take you there and pick you up even if you live well outside of Toronto. At least you don't have the aggravation of not only worrying if your car is stolen but I have read here that they have even used some cars. BEWARE. DON'T USE THEM

We have used ParkForU 5 times. They provided great service at first. In fact I reviewed it five stars. The serve has increasingly become bad. Last night we waited almost 40 minutes after getting our luggage for our car to arrive. This was at 100am. I called and was told it was very busy.
Their business model gives them advance info about numbers of customers coming and going so this was just a case of insufficient staff. This is all to say, no more PARKFORU for us. Too bad they couldn't maintain their service level.

We've used Park For U twice. The first time worked out fine, except we had paid for the valet to drop off our car at the airport so we could drive off immediately. However, when the driver arrived, he did not have that information. He had to call the office to verify that we had paid for the service.

The second time, we didn't notice the deep scratches on our passenger door until the day after we were reunited with our car at the airport. It was late, dark, and busy at the airport, and - our bad! - we didn't check the car immediately at drop-off. These are the type of scratches where the driver would know there had been damage. We KNOW we didn't scratch our new car, however. Park For U did not return our call, and we will have to pay for the repairs. We'll never park there again.

Waited over 45 minutes for them to bring me my car. Called as soon as I landed as I was told to do. Told to call back after clearing customs which I did an hour later. They came at 9:20 pm. Said they were busy . Unacceptable.

I use to highly recommend this business. I had used them on several occasions in the past and was pleased with the service. Why I liked them; easy, convenient and reliable. Unfortunately, I can no longer say the same things. My past two experiences have made me vow to no longer utilize this service.

Jan 2023, I booked their service while away on a business trip. Dropping off my car was easy. However, when picking up my car, it was one lie after another. I called the number to advise I was ready to be picked up. I was provided with the pickup location and told they would be there in 20 mins. 30 mins passed and I called for an update. They advised it would be another 15 mins and they would be leaving shortly. (It’s a 7 min drive from their location to the airport.) Another 20 mins passed and I called back, again asking for an ETA. They advised they would be there in 10 mins. (Note: I have GPS tracking on my vehicle and it had not left their location.) After waiting for approximately 1 hr and 20 mins, they finally arrived with my vehicle. This wait was not acceptable. However, I chalked up this experience possibly due to my fatigue and subsequent impatience from my business trip and didn’t follow-up. I also thought it may have been a one off occurrence.

Booked them again in March for a personal trip. Again, drop off at the airport went off without any issues. Picked up from the airport within 30 mins and I drove away. While driving home, I noticed the sliding cover for my moonroof was open. I thought it was odd as I do not drive with the cover open. I didn’t think anything more of it. When I got home, as I was backing up in my driveway to park, I noticed my backseat was disheveled. My son’s car seat was unbuckled and placed at an awkward angle. My jacket and sweatshirt that was on my back seat were now on the floor in front of my son’s car seat. An unopened juice box I had on the back seat was now on my son’s car seat. I did not leave the backseat in this condition prior to handing over my car to Park 4 U.

I contacted the company the next day and explained the situation, my concern with my vehicle being used for unauthorized purposes and my displeasure with my findings. The female supervisor I spoke to offered me $20 credit for my next trip and advised she would talk to the 2 individuals that accessed my car. She stated their employees have all been employed for 5+ years and that no one is allowed to utilize the vehicle except for movement for either parking the vehicle, moving the vehicle from one parking lot to another or pickup the customer. She stated she would contact me after speaking to the 2 individuals that accessed my vehicle and provide me with a follow-up. It’s been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the supervisor or business.

I do NOT recommend this business.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They used my vehicle for god knows what while I was away and I had to get a brand new tire and be towed from Toronto to London and they took 0 responsibility what so ever!!! DO NOT USE ! Look at all the google reviews too ! HORRIBLE. They must have friends writing those good reviews because I’m baffled at the service and the way they treated my vehicle I paid for them to watch.

They have since gotten back to me and paid for my tire repair, which has left me satisfied I hope in the future they will treat their customers cars like their own.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR.

When we were picked up from the airport the car stank of burning clutch. The driver even mentioned it and had to open the window the smell was so overpowering. Upon complaining further at the business location they had another driver come out and verify that the car absolutely smelled of burning clutch material. Now they are denying any responsibility.

He either did not know how to drive a manual car properly or he had abused the transmission by joy riding on the way to the airport.

My car and luggage still smells of burning clutch two days later.

The manager Paul has denied all responsibility and hasn't even returned my call to discuss the matter despite repeated tries to contact him. This is a highly unprofessional company who do not care about their customers or the vehicles in their belonging.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE. You will be liable for their negligence. This was a terrible experience and has left me very upset, and my cars transmission has suffered.

I REPEAT.... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. THEY DO VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS OR CARE ABOUT THE CARS.

Awful experience , I have parked my car for 4 weeks from July 12th till August 9th 2021 , then my License plates have been stolen and replaced by
another plates. I have reported that incident to Kingston police.
