How about getting your act together
How about getting your act together. We arrived at Parkforu on Sunday at time specified was told to wait in car leave drivers seat free. We waited 15 minutes went back in said where's our driver. Gave name again went back to car, driver calls asks where we were? He was at the airport. Duh, First mistake. Get back filled out message we landed. Got luggage called said we were ready. Called twice, wheres car? Waited 35 minutes and car still had snow on it. Never use this service again.
Be aware of wait times and lack of drivers
We purchased the service a few weeks before our trip in late Jan 2026 to take advantage of a special discount. Our trip was on the Tuesday, a day and a half after the weekend snow storm. When we arrived we were told it would be 45-60 min wait for service. As a result, we spend an extra $150 for last minute parking so the saving of about $20 that got us to purchase the service became a huge added expense.
Their excuses were that there were lots of flight cancellations, high demand and difficult working conditions but on the day we travelled from Term 1, flight cancellations were not an issue. They had more than a day to sort out operations. If they couldn't handle those of us who had booked well in advance why would they take new bookings? Terribly bad management on their part.
They had our email, phone no and flight no so they had all of the info required to alert us to the parking delay prior to our arrival. Instead they chose to tell us when we arrived when we had no options but to go elsewhere.
On the positive side, they refunded our money within 20 minutes.
We have used them before on at least 2 occasions and the service was better but it was still a bit dicey as to how long you will wait for service.
Great service
First time trying these guys and they were excellent!!! I really love that they drop you off and pick you up in your own vehicle, you don't have to touch your luggage till you get to the airport and best of all no shuttles! It's an easy location to get to, professional and timely service. Smooth process, and a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using these guys again, exclusively!

I had a very disappointing experience. The wait time was significantly longer than expected, and the operator was not helpful or friendly. They also haven't refunded the money for the drop-off they promised to refund. I will never use them again.
First and last time using this service
First and last time using this service. I waited 30 minutes at their location just to be taken to the airport. On my return, I’ve already been waiting over an hour and forty minutes for my car, and when it eventually arrives, I still have to drive the valet back, which will add another 20 minutes. To make matters worse, no one answers the company phone, making it impossible to get updates.
Had I just parked at the GTAA Value Lot, as I have in the past, I would already be home instead of stuck waiting at the terminal.
I strongly do not recommend this service.

Beware! Take a photo of your odometer when you drop off your vehicle and after pick up from ParkForU. Recently on pick up I noticed that the passenger seat was moved to an extreme laid back position that I would never have used. This triggered me on my next experience with this company to take a picture of my odometer to see if the staff was taking my car for a joy ride. Unfortunately I was only able to take a picture of the "gas milage" on drop off and pick up. This concluded a discrepancy of 91 km. ParkForU will do nothing with this evidence. Also on that pick up, I also noticed that the passenger seat was in another extreme laid back position. This is not a trustworthy company to use at the Toronto Pierson Airport. Beware. I do not recommend ParkForU at all under any circumstances, they cannot be trusted.

I returned from vacation on October 3, 2025. We waited 40 minutes to be picked up, and on arrival at the office noticed our vehicle was damaged while in their care. We informed the staff, and was told to email with the photos we had taken at drop-off. On October 4th I emailed and attached the photos showing the damage to our vehicle and also the photos taken at drop-off on Sept. 20th. I received a reply on Oct. 4 that someone would be in touch as soon as possible, however, I am now being IGNORED. Pick another parking service, because this one used to be good, but not anymore.
THIS PLACE IS AWFUL DON'T TRUST THEM!

Hi there, I recently used your services at Phoenix's sky harbor airport, and I was rather unhappy. Your valets were unable to get me to the airport in my car, or pick me up from the airport in my car. They were unable to drive it, because it's a standard transmission. I ended up taking the SkyTrain to the airport, and the valet was kind enough to pick me up in her own car on the return trip.
I feel I paid for three separate services, the pickup, the parking, and the drop off.... You guys only actually provided one of those services, which was parking my car. I would like at least a partial refund, if not the whole thing.
There was no way for me to let you know in advance it was going to be a standard shift, and I expect any valet to be able to drive any car that's on the road currently.
I also had to call and make my own reservation after I had already dropped the car off. This seemed confusing to me, but the valet at the location said it was because I had used a third-party app to book it. I have two different reservation numbers, one from the third party app, and one from an email after I made the phone call . I can provide those if needed.
I was quite concerned that you all didn't even have my car, or it was left unsecured on the street the entire time where I left it when I dropped it off. The whole experience was entirely unprofessional.
I also called to report theses issues, and was told by someone I could barely understand due to their accent, to email info@park4u dot com with my concerns. I did so, twice, 3 days apart. I finally received an "undeliverable" reply, so clearly that email address is defunct. Found this one on an email y'all sent me... Hopefully it actually gets to you? Eagerly awaiting your reply...

To clarify, your vehicle was securely parked in our lot for the duration of your trip, which is the core service included in your reservation. While we aim to accommodate all customers, there are a couple of our team members who are not trained on manual transmissions, which prevented us from driving your car to and from the airport. In this case, our valet team did their best to ensure you were still able to reach the terminal and return to your vehicle safely.
Because a parking space was reserved and provided for the length of your booking, and your vehicle was kept secure the entire time, a refund is not applicable. That said, I completely understand your frustration about the inconvenience, and we are working on improving our booking process so that customers with manual transmission vehicles can disclose this in advance and avoid similar situations in the future.
We also regret the confusion with email communication and will ensure that customers are provided with the correct contact details moving forward.

Overcharged my credit card by almost…
Overcharged my credit card by almost double what was contracted. Been chasing them for over 5 weeks to get it corrected. I supplied them with all of the supporting evidence of being overcharged. I have sent numerous emails and made several calls without getting any results. Drop off of the car went fine but had to wait for over an hour to get picked up at JFK. Been trying to identify an officer of the company to expedite but haven't had any success.

I can't stress enough how much you will be outraged and hurt if you use Park For U at JFK airport. I got to this service through SpotHero, and learned a PAINFUL lesson. On the airport drop off, I waited over 30 minutes for a driver. It turned out that the driver was nearby and available, but the dispatch woman didn't let him know that I was waiting. This dispatch took it's time before picking up the phone. She was rude, difficult to understand, and yelled at me that I needed to be patient.
And that's nothing compared to the airport pickup after my return flight. I waited 1.5 hours for the driver to pick me up!!! In the meantime, the people I spoke with on the phone kept me on hold for a long time, and when we finally spoke, told me different lies (for example, that the driver couldn't find me; or that the driver was on his way; or that I arrived on the wrong day). In short, they couldn't find my car. Instead of picking me up with my own car as promised, they evantually picked me up with a different car. After a nightmarish experience, we finally found our car at a lot outside the airport. There was no one around. The car key was left on the car's hood. Yes, anyone could have picked up the keys and drive away with our car. Do yourself a favor, and never use Park For U! They are LIARS AND SCAMMERS!

My experience was great, the driver was courteous and prompt. This was for PHX.

Do not use! We waited over 50 minutes for a pick up from the airport. The person who answered the phone advised me twice my car was enroute, which was a blatant lie. They then just stopped answering the phone.
Why the CS rep couldn’t have been honest and just advised me of the proper estimated time is beyond me.
I do not recommend this company!!
Paint Scratches on New Vehicle
I used them often but then I started noticing scratches on my new tacoma. At first I thought just idiots in parking lots but then I got thinking, I drive like 14km a day so thought the only possible place I could get paint scratches was when it was in the care of Parkforyou. Now I am absolutely convinced using them was the cause.
Horrible pick-up service
Horrible pick-up service. Waited over 75 minutes to be picked up. No one annswere the phone to give a status update. Also there was no mention of it being a valet service when I made the reservation. The address given only had one open entrance early in the morning and only got lucky in finding a way in driving around for 15 minutes at 4 am. Avoid Park2go.

they crashed my car
they crashed my car, denied responsibility, and i have time stamped before and after photos to prove it right in their lot dropping it off, brand new mercedes, and photos of them picking me up at airport with damage and police. I see other bad reviews, we need to get together and file a class action lawsuit. Any lawyers here?
STOLE CAR AND BROKE WINDSHIELD
DO NOT USE!! My car was taken for a drive over 14 miles according to the odometer and returned with a cracked windshield. Even after before and after pictures were sent as requested, the manager has not responded to my partner and the main email address responded that they won’t cover it as verbally promised! Unauthorized use of my vehicle! Broken windshield! We didn’t want to make it a big deal and just wanted the chip they caused fixed. I now read about so many other damaged cars. I would like to press charges at this point. We’ll make sure family never uses this again. Just an awful service.
