Their Customer service is very great. I received a broken aircon, they send the courier to take it back. I reorder again and finally received my order.
They make an order based on our order, so it will take a while for delivery. You can trust this company.

waffle maker
This waffle maker took a bit longer to arrive but the company kept me fully informed and the delivery was exactly as expected after the delay.
The waffle maker is well made, good quality and a reasonable price.
It was fitted with a European two pin plug which had to be changed to a British three pin.
There was no recipe book with it but after an internet search for a recipe we are now making perfect waffles.

One of worst compPRanies I ever dealt…
One of worst companies I ever dealt with!
I ordered 2 earbuds from them,it was on offer,so it was a good price so I ordered it!
I been given a tracking number etc!
And after a week they sent me a refund, because apparently they put it up the earbuds way to cheap online!
That's not my fault they messed up, they advertised a product on an good price, after they don't want me to sell the product for the advertised price!
That's misleading the customer!
I'm not happy at all
Please everyone be awere don't buy nothing from that company!

So sorry that your order was subject to a pricing error, how frustrating!
In the email one of our team members sent to you yesterday, they sincerely apologised and explained that the product you bought for £7.99 has an RRP price of £80, so as you can imagine this is not a slight pricing error but a large one! So this gave us no choice but to cancel and fully refund the order you had placed.
We do completely understand that you are gutted with the absoloute bargain you thought you were getting, as we would be too, but we would also understand that errors do unfortunately happen and would be happy with having our money back and a full explanation and apology of the mistake 🙏
I do hope this helps to explain a little better, but again we deeply apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Delivery did not turn up when expected, causing delays to important paperwork being sent out. Supplier issues but disappointing. Customer Service not bad but only informed me when prompted.

Ok but you need to sometimes google things
Mmmm, took a bit longer than expected and communication is quite poor.
I was desperate for these cartridges to work because I needed to print labels for my courier so I was panicking when they didn't work straight away.
Luckily, after an hour I found out by accident how to make my printer recognise the cartridges.
After googling my particular Canon printer has to have a button held in for 10 seconds and then the cartridges work.

Ordered wall fan heater as replacement for bathroom. Arrived quickly. Good instructions, in place now for a few days and all very good. My previous fan didn’t warm the room much but this one is very good and warms the room quickly. Highly recommend
