Para Medical Services Anmeldelser

I’ve just spent the weekend with this company to complete my FREC3 course and it was absolutely perfection in every way! The course content, the presentation by Beth & PJ were so professional and engaging and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for this type of training 👏🚑👏

Attended the FREC 3 RPL. The training facility was fantastic and Beth and PJ are fantastic instructors, and will go out of their way to ensure understanding. Thank you both.

Visited the store recently had first class advice of Beth and payment was straight forward too all in all an excellent service all
Round.

We recently purchased emergency care consumables from Paramedical Services, and the experience was faultless from start to finish. Beth and the team were incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout — nothing was too much trouble. Communication was prompt, stock availability was clear, and delivery was fast and well packaged. The products themselves were top quality and exactly as described. It’s rare to find a supplier that genuinely values both reliability and customer service the way Paramedical Services do. Highly recommend them and will definitely be ordering again 🙂

Great advice given in the product I was looking to purchase, fast efficient service.

I recently experienced exceptional service from Beth and her team. I needed an item urgently for an upcoming event, and they went above and beyond to ensure I received it on time. Even while attending the ESS, they successfully delivered the item to me today. I want to express my gratitude for their efforts. Thank you!

I have nothing but compliments for Beth and the team at Para Medical Services. I've purchased many items from them and I've had no issues with any of the products - including clearance items. All products are described, and Beth has helped me spec kit and build bags to my requirements - the whole team goes above and beyond. I look forward to buying from Beth and the team in the future!

Great service and prompt delivery thanks

It was easy to purchase but need to be more flexible about shipping - will test on our rig on arrival

Very helpful team and very quick turn around go collection of items

Really helpful, easy to contact.

Easy to order and with fast postage. Unused and undamaged kit, perfect for training!

Extremely good value for money and rapid dispatch and delivery. The packaging had come apart completely on one of the boxes but I understand it’s a very difficult thing to package and was probably mishandled by Royal Mail. 5* All Day…
Will be a returning customer!

I recently purchased an AED from Para Medical Supplies, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! The unit arrived promptly and was incredibly well packaged, ensuring everything was in perfect condition upon arrival. The AED itself is immaculate and exactly as described, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail.

What truly stood out to me was their exceptional customer service. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to advise me on the correct pads and battery for my unit, making the purchasing process seamless and stress-free.

Given the quality of the product and the outstanding service I received, I will definitely be returning for future purchases. I wholeheartedly recommend Para Medical Supplies to anyone in need of medical equipment. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The delivery time was really good and the item arrived just as described

Very good company or order products from, a quality service and highly adaptable when it comes to sales solutions for medical equipment.

Item as described, just what I needed, thank you.

Ordered over a week ago, no dispatch notification. Nothing about item being sent out. 3-5 day delivery....

Beth was knowledgeable and really helpful let down badly by Royal Mail.

Problems dealt with very professionally

Quick delivery of the AED. Great service by Para Medical Services, certainly recommend them.
