These guys have made our forms so much better! They are more appealing, they are smarter, and they are easily automated which makes everything else on the backend smoother. If that wasn't enough, their support is top notch!

Absolutely do not use this product if you are conducting a ranking survey.

YES – it looks pretty.
BUT – the data out the backend is absolute dog sh*it awful.

I've had to devise my own Excel spreadsheet to make any sense of it. Completely pointless waste of my time

Software companies don't HAVE to be fun to talk to.

But Paperform is. They have a helpful AI chat but as soon as you get stuck (which happens pretty frequently when you're making complicated forms with calculations), they respond within minutes.

They're my favorite of all my softwares.

The simplicity of it all is what makes it amazing. They have everything that I need. It was easy to understand and great to use.

The company is constantly improving. I have used lots of form processors in the past but none has held a candle to Paperform. I have been a customer since back when Dean and Diony were the only employees that I could remember. They both actively answered tech questions and took feedback from the customers seriously when it comes to new features.

Incredible support team. Hats off to Gabbi, Connor and Alex who helped me solve a notion integration challenge over the course of 24+ hours of troubleshooting. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Paperform is both simple to use and powerful. I have been using for employee surveys, and the ease of creating surveys and the power of customizing with JavaScript and accessing data via API have made this a one stop shop solution for me. Customer support is also responsive, and they care to solve your issue. It’s one of the very few services I feel I m underpaying for the value I m getting.

My coaching portal has been using Paperform.co pridocts since they first came out and I must say without a doubt that the companies founders have always been there for us with any issues that we might have. The product is flawless in operation and highly recommended.

I absolutely love Papersign - especially how it connects to Paperform, which is the best forms software out there. It creates seamless document flow upon completion of a transaction. I've been using paperform as my checkout software for retreats and client services and as soon as they register they receive their agreements, any waivers etc. It's brilliant. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, is I find the document organizing to be a bit overwhelming. For example signed documents are filed by document not signer, and are not archived automatically. When i set up a new form in paperform, and go to attach a document to it, all the signed / completed /out for signature documents show up as available to select. I'm sure it will continue to get better, but wanted to give my honest feedback. It would be great if templates that were loaded were easily identifiable and stayed as a template and that sent out and completed documents were in their own section AND filed by signer name and not the document name. But other than that, I still rave about it.

I’ve been a Paperform customer for a number of years. But I haven't had to contact their support because Paperform is easy to use.

However, I started building a more complex form and reached out to Paperform support. Actually reached out on three different occasions with three different questions. And each time, their support was exceptional! They all went above and beyond. Very impressed!

I literally thought I was in a dream when I discovered Paperform. I had been developing a website for an events venue client with a complex form need. They were taking bookings by hand for nearly two dozen spaces in addition to managing memberships. My goal was to automate their current system with an online space booking and payments process. I can’t tell you how many platforms I tried (30 maybe?), how many sales calls I sat through, how many eye-watering estimates I received for a booking implementation that fit their need… All had poor UX design, limited customization, old-school iFrames, and weird paywalls (like seriously why have a 10 submission/month limit on a paid plan?). And then I found Paperform and wow! It does EVERYTHING. The fact that I can completely customize the CSS is a gamechanger. The ability to apply logic to appointment input sections, to the submit button, and more. Direct integrations with MailChimp and Notion without need for Zapier?! The calculation form with definable variables and formula logic similar to Excel? It’s just incredible. I actually thought I was in a dream when I happened on Paperform. Oh, and the client feels enabled to grow their business, which you could say is the moral of the story.
