I recently had a charge for a product that I did not need nor want. I contacted Customer Service and chatted with Gabbi, who was very sensitive to my request to refund the charge. At one point, Teal jumped in to help resolve the issue. We ultimately resolved the issue satisfactorily. What could have been a contentious issue worked out due to their attention and concern. And follow up. It was refreshing to deal with live people who seemed to really care! Navigating today’s world of automated communication can be very frustrating, so it’s noteworthy that your team showed such an interest in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Jenn is a goddess of patience. The fact that it took me a while to understand what she was saying was entirely my fault; I was sleepy and cranky and old (I'm still old as I type this, but not so sleepy and cranky). Despite my miscommunications, Jenn NEVER showed even a hint of impatience. Throughout it all, she was friendly and courteous and helpful, sending me all kinds of screenshots. I'm also super-impressed that there was live customer support this late at night. I hope your company gives Jenn a raise. I confess I was starting to question whether Paperform was worth the subscription fee, but this experience has made me a loyal Paperform customer. THANK YOU JENN AND PAPERFORM.

Paperform provides a unique service. I've tried various platforms before this one, and none of them has been specifically suitable for our purpose of creating an automatic calculator for our target users. Very easy and intuitive to use if you have bery basic knowledge of coding. Never found a similar customer service before trying Paperform. Definitely recommeded.

Amazing support. I wasn't getting the results I wanted from their user interface - and two separate people on their support chat chimed in with some custom CSS they had crafted to improve the visuals. Wow.

I am super happy with the platform in general, but what really stands out (in my experience) is their quick and helpful CS agents. It is super easy to get a real human and my case was quickly and swiftly resolved.

Been using Paperform for several years now, it has solved so many different problems for our business from onboarding employees to onboarding new clients, registering for special events and creating a helpdesk system. We continue to find new uses all the time making it one of the more valuable tools in our arsenal. The platform continues to get better and better and it truly is easy to use. If you do run into a question, the customer service is prompt and always helpful. I can't say enough about paperform. We have now ditched all other services we were using for surveys and quizzes.

I've been super impressed by Paperform. The form/quiz builder is easy. There is a lot of flexibility to let you customise the design of the form (including custom CSS). You get drop off analytics with no config. Probably my favourite thing is the ability to include form submission data in the redirect URL.

The support is also very fast and knowledgeable 😊

Had some very specific questions about how to make the most of the platform, and get a very specific use case figured out. Customer support team were attentive and specific to solving our exact use case, and ensuring it was working for us. Really incredible service. Like a slice of consulting assistance from an expert on the software.

Paperform is the most powerful, flexible, and easy to use form builder that I've ever used. Works really well with Zapier.
