I ordered something and several days went past without notification and then I get an email telling me that the item I ordered wasn't in stock. Please tell me before I order if its in stock or not

I read reviews only after placing a large order, so slightly concerned they may be issues after seeing 1* reviews. But I hadn't have worried, my order came quickly, smaller items were well packaged and everything was in good condition, within date and no items missing.
Great first experience and will be ordering again in the future. And recommending to friends and family, excellent value for money. 5*

My order (# 026-9749355-2925138), placed on 7th of November 2024, wasn't delivered (the current date is November13, 2024). Shame on you. Whoever is reading this review, be aware. I will never buy again from this ... company, to say the least.

I will never use this company again
I will never use this company again! I purchased a bluey mega set on Saturday 14th of July which cost over £80, only today when I asked where the item is, they refunded me, but I've now have to wait 10 working days for the refund! 10 WORKING DAYS and now I can't afford to purchase another one due to how expensive they are, which means my granddaughter will be disappointed on her birthday. Will never use this company again!
DREADFUL...DO NOT USE
28.06.24 I ordered 12 jars of pickle via Amazon with delivery promised for 04.07.24. Carrier (EVRI...now there's a four letter word for you) confirmed pick-up on 30.06.
On 04.07, delivery suddenly becomes 09.07. But on 05.07, Papavel say they plan to credit me which suggests they will not be delivering. Meanwhile online enquiries with both Amazon and EVRI show that a parcel is coming on 09.07 suggesting that Papavel have 'done the right thing' and shipped a second parcel. As of the 11.07, I have no idea what is happening. To make matters worse, Papavel crossed out a negative review I left on Amazon's site. They wrote that the problem was the problem of EVRI. legally (and morally) that's not true...P should stop using EVRI and sort out their own problems. No wonder nearly 40% of P's Trustpilot reviews are poor...AVOID.
They will cancel your order
They wait several days to cancel your order, then you have to chase your refund up as it doesn’t come through after 10 days like their email says. The annoying thing is they’re still advertising both items as in stock right now! You think you’re getting a bargain but you’re really just letting papaval borrow your money interest free… and who knows if I didn’t ring a hundred times if I would have got my money back as from the reviews on here I’m not alone.
