Got my order totally wrong. Feel like I’ve been scammed bought milkshakes for the kids but this company sent bottles of water. I will never be using this website again. Contacted them about the order to reach some sort of resolution because mistakes can happen but to completely get no response I feel this company took a hand out of me and I seen by other reviews the same as happen to many of people. Avoid this website

Be careful the ads are not updated, in my case I ordered 3 in 1 nescafe, but it turned out that it is not what is on the ad, but it is like any other in every supermarket, plus you pay for the delivery, which is not good at all.

Found this site and found just what I was looking for . Ordered the product then 3 days later I receive an email
Saying out of stock . Appalling service and then told refund could take up to 10 days . DO NOT USE

As usual you deliver our favourite soft drink, It so much reminds us of our holiday times in Goa.

My order was delivered on time very pleased

I only wanted the pack of Parker pens and was seduced by free postage over a certain amount, so searched for another couple of items. Ordered a total of 4 things. The dates arrived on time, on their own. I received notification pens and tomatoes were unavailable and I would receive a refund in 10 days (why does it take 10 days?!) Several emails later to find out about my appletise and now they're being refunded too. So, out of 4 items I ordered I only received the dates and they are really disappointing, and I had to pay for postage. Will not use again.

Ordered 3 separate times over the last 2 weeks. 3 times..."Sorry to let you know that this item is out of stock now so we cancelled the order and issue the full refund." and "It may take up to 10 days for this refund to appear in your account." On the second occasion, they cancelled an order, the stock was showing on the web page despite the cancellation. So ordered it again and it was cancelled again. Last time I will even try to use Papaval Retail Limited. I cannot recommend them. I hope its not a scam with Paypal. Not had any refund yet.

Ordered chopping board online only for order to be cancelled some days later-very poor communication from seller. Others have had similar issues from feedback.

The Package I received had a couple of broken bottles. I notified Papaval, they instantly replied and offered a refund for the broken bottles.
Great service and I will be shopping here again soon.

I received only half of my order,I expect to send me the missing collet

Ordered a product through Amazon and they sent something completely different. Not able to request a return or refund (on Amazon) and contacted the sellers directly only to be still waiting 24 hours later for some kind of response. I have sent them screenshots of my original order, the delivery confirmation of what has been sent, and a photo of what has actually been sent ! Still waiting for some kind of response.

Product was out of stock and cancelled by Papaval.

Refunded without issue but OOS quite a disappointment
