I bought a cashmere bomber jacket that is just mind blowing! The quality, the fit and the colours are amazing! The customer support was a huge surprise for me, Marta was assisting me with the proper sizing, they even fitted the arm lenght specifically for me!

I’ve purchased from Paolo Moretti before and have been very happy with the winter jacket I own—it’s superbly made, comfortable and reliably warm. This time I ordered the Cristian and it turned out to be the jacket I’ve been searching for: a high collar, weather‑resistant fabric and a soft fur lining. The attention to detail is obvious and the overall quality is excellent.

What really sets Paolo Moretti apart is the customer care. Their team contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm sizing, and—they even sent a short video to show how the jacket sits on a similar frame. I’ve never experienced such a personal approach before. Communication was friendly, fast and helpful throughout, and shipping took less than a week.

The jacket fits perfectly and looks fantastic. It’s still a bit too warm outside to wear an autumn–winter coat every day, but for the first time I’m genuinely looking forward to colder weather so I can start using it. I think it might be the most beautiful jacket I’ve ever owned. Highly recommended.

It seems that the owner is holding a grudge because I said no to a call, 4 years ago. I’m confused how he even remembers.

Il giubbotto ha le tasche poco profonde e gli oggetti come : chiavi o un accendino escono facilmente con il rischio di perderli, ( difetto da sistemare assolutamente) il tessuto della fodera è troppo scadente per questo pezzo con questo prezzo. La cerniera idem.
