I purchased three pieces from them over the years, and love all of them. A Persian lamb jacket, a mink coat, and a mink vest. They were tailored and fit perfectly. Their customer service is the best. Delivery to California was very easy and they coordinated it. Will continue to buy from them!

The communication was great from the start to make sure I ordered correct size. They even asked for measurements and photos. The delivery was fast, within a week or so. The only comment is, they shipped to a FedEx that was by the airport and far from my house. I would prefer they shipped directly to home. The coat is great quality, luxurious and very beautiful . Super happy, will order again.

The communication was outstanding. Martha helped me with size and even took videos for me of the coats I chosen with a model so I had more realistic point of view of the coats.
